심플한 구조로 가공이 용이하고, 도어 개방 및 닫힘 시 각각 오일을 안내하는 독립된 유압회로를 구비하여 동작 안정성을 확보할 수 있는 자동 도어 클로우저 유닛이 개시된다. 상기 자동 도어 클로우저 유닛은 통 형상의 메인 하우징, 메인 하우징을 상부 및 하부 챔버로 구획하며 내측에 오일이 장입되고 고정베인이 중앙으로 돌출된 댐퍼 하우징, 메인 하우징의 상부에 고정 결합되는 커버, 일단이 커버를 통하여 외부로 연장됨과 동시에 회전 가능하게 지지되고 타단이 댐퍼 하우징을 통하여 메인 하우징의 하단면에 회전 가능하게 지지되는 가동샤프트, 가동샤프트의 외주부에 일체로 형성되어 고정베인과 함께 댐퍼 하우징 내부를 제1 및 제2 챔버로 구획하는 가동베인, 도어의 닫힘시에 가동샤프트를 초기설정위치로 복원시키기 위한 복원력을 제공하는 리턴스프링, 및 가동샤프트와 가동베인이 도어의 닫힘 방향으로 회전하는 경우에 선택적으로 댐핑 기능을 제공하는 댐핑수단을 포함한다.

Ein Dämpfer für ein Möbelscharnier (10) weist ein an eine Montageplatte montierbares Dämpfergehäuse (2) auf, wobei an einer der Montageplatte zugewandten Seite des Dämpfergehäuses (2) mindestens ein in einer dem Dämpfergehäuse (2) zugewandten Seite der Montageplatte einhakbarer Haken (4) angeformt ist, wobei das Dämpfergehäuse (2) an der Montageplatte mittels einer elastisch gelagerten formstabilen Kugel (5) verrastbar ist. Desweiteren wird ein Möbelscharnier beschrieben.

An assembly to pivotally connect an external vehicle closure panel to a vehicle body includes a first hinge member that is constructed to be mounted to one of the external vehicle closure panel and the vehicle body, a second hinge member that is constructed to be mounted to the other of the external vehicle closure panel and the vehicle body, a shaft that is constructed to pivotally connect the first hinge member to the second hinge member, and a viscous rotary damper. The damper includes a cover, a rotor, and a viscous material. The shaft connects to the rotor such that rotation of the external vehicle closure panel between a closing position and an opening position causes relative motion between the rotor and the cover of the viscous damper to provide a resistance for controlling the velocity of the external vehicle closure member.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Brems- und Dämpfungsvorrichtung zum Dämpfen und Abbremsen der Bewegungsenergie von beweglichen Massen, zum Beispiel von Schubladen, Möbeltüren, Möbelklappen, Schwenk- und Drehtüren oder dergleichen. Es wird aufgezeigt, wie mit einfachen Mitteln und wenigen Einzelteilen durch einen schlauchförmigen Dämpfungskörper derartige Massen abgebremst werden können.

A sliding and rotating hinge module for supporting a display screen or the like, includes a bracket, a slider and a support member. The slider is capable of sliding movement relative to said bracket and said support member is capable of pivotal movement relative to said slider. A drum is rotationally supported by the bracket. A constant force spring is attached to the drum at one end and the bracket at another end. The constant force spring is biased to wrap around the drum, the constant force spring unwrapping from the drum as the slider moves toward the retracted position. The constant force spring biases the slider toward the extended position. A damping mechanism damps the rotational motion of the drum relative to the bracket for smooth, non-abrupt movement of the slider.

A hinge assembly rotationally connecting two components includes at least a shaft coupled to one of the components and a tubular member connected to the other component and a defining an annular space around said shaft. A viscous damping fluid is disposed in said space and provides a damping force resisting relative rotation between the two components. A second tubular member is also provided that is connected to the shaft and is arranged axially around the first tubular member. In this latter configuration, static and dynamic frictional forces are generated between the tubular members that resist rotation between the components as well.
