PURPOSE: A lignin compound derived from Kadsura coccinea is provided to ensure an excellent skin whitening effect. CONSTITUTION: A lignan compound for skin whitening represented by chemical formula 1, or a salt of the lignan compound is prepared. The lignan compound or the salt of the lignan compound is a lignan compound, or the salt is derived from Kadsura coccinea. A cosmetic composition consists of the lignan compound and the salt of the lignan compound. A method for obtaining the lignan compound or the salt of the lignan compound comprises the steps of: extracting Kadsura coccinea with an organic solvent; partitioning the extract of Kadsura coccinea with a solvent selected from solvents in which the polarity of solvents ranges from 1 to 9; and obtaining the lignan compound or the salt of the lignan compound by separating the partitioned compounds with a solvent.

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing extract of immature Torreya nucifera fruit or seed is provided to ensure antioxidation, antiaging, and whitening. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains 0.01-10 weight% of immature Torreya nucifera fruit and seed extract as an active ingredient. The immature Torreya nucifera fruit or seed is collected during June to September. The cosmetic composition is used for antioxidation, antiaging, whitening, or anti-wrinkling. The extract is isolated using water or organic solvent. The organic solvent is ethanol, methanol, butanol, hexane, ether, ethyl acetate, chloroform, or mixture of the organic solvent and water.

CONSTITUTION: A composition for improving hair and scalp condition contains 0.01-10 weight% of Torreya nucifera seed oil as an active ingredient. The oil is isolated from Torreya nucifera. A composition also prevents dandruff and relieves scalp irritation. The composition is used in the form of shampoo, rinse, hair tonic, hair treatment, hair lotion, or gel.

CONSTITUTION: A pressure cyclic type extractor includes an extracting unit(100), a pressurizing unit(200), and a decompressing unit(300). The extracting unit stores and extracts an object. The pressurizing unit increases the internal pressure of the extracting unit. A pressure reducing unit reduces the internal pressure of the extracting unit. The internal pressure is increased or decreased by sequentially operating the pressurizing unit and the pressure reducing unit. The bubbling nozzle(111) of the extracting unit supplies bubbles to the object.

CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing 21-O-angeloyltheasapogenol E3 comprises: a step of collecting extract containing saponin from plant seeds using eater or organic solvent; and a step of hydrolyzing the extract using acid, base, enzyme, or microorganism producing the enzyme to isolate the 21-O-angeloyltheasapogenol E3 of chemical formula 1. The plant seed is green tea seed. The acid is hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, or ethanol, methanol, or butanol thereof. The base is sodium hydroxide, or potassium hydroxide, or base, ethanol, methanol, or butanol thereof.
