The speed reduction rotary shaft is rotated with the planetary gears. The outer shell has internal gears(51) which are in gear with the planetary gears. The support flange is screwed on the outer shell and supports the speed reduction rotary shaft. The cap is installed in the end of the speed reduction rotary shaft. The plate coil spring is fixed to the rotary shaft(46) of the speed reduction rotary shaft and a cylindrical spring fixture(57).
