PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing at least one goniochromatic coloring agent and other reflective particles different from the goniochromatic coloring agent in a physiologically acceptable medium is provided. It creates a desirable volumizing effect when applied to the skin, lip, or a support such as the cuticle. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic composition contains: a physiologically acceptable medium; one or more goniochromatic coloring agents; and one or more reflective particles different from the goniochromatic coloring agents. The reflective particles are selected from the group consisting of particles having natural or synthetic substrates coated at least partially with at least one layer of at least one metal, particles having synthetic substrates coated at least partially with at least one layer of at least one metal compound, especially a metal oxide, particles produced by at least a stack of at least 2 layers having different refractive indices wherein at least one of the layers is a polymer, and metal oxide particles.

PURPOSE: Provided are an application nozzle for cosmetics which is precisely applied cosmetics without allowing the cosmetics flowing out in an unintended direction, and a storage/applicator unit for cosmetics including the application nozzle. CONSTITUTION: An application nozzle(14) is designed so as to be mounted on a vessel(12) containing cosmetics to be applied to hair. The vessel(12) has a unit designed so that the nozzle(14) is attached to the vessel(12) and a structure comprising two teeth(16,22) arranged in a row including first and second end part teeth(22). In the structure, a flow passage into which cosmetics stored in the vessel(12) flow communicates in the longitudinal direction to the tooth(16). The flow passage has an opening to a side direction toward adjacent teeth(16,22) via an outlet(20). The structure is formed by molding with a single metallic mold constructed so as to prevent cosmetics from the outlet(20) from flowing out over the first and second end part teeth(22).

PURPOSE: A foundation composition which is an oil-in-water emulsion is provided, which foundation composition has improved stability and uniformed color spread on the skin after storage for 2 to 4 months at room temperature(25 deg.C). CONSTITUTION: The foundation composition which is an oil-in-water emulsion comprises lipid phase, water base phase, C8-C22 alkyl dimethicone copolyol, dimethicone copolyol, and hydrophobic coated dye, wherein the lipid phase comprises 30 wt.% or more of volatile lipid phase containing 6 wt.% of one or more volatile carbohydrate oil and one or more volatile oil selected from volatile silicone oil, volatile fluorine oil and a mixture thereof; and the C8-C22 alkyl dimethicone copolyol is represented by formula I in which PE is (-C2H3O)x-(C3H6O)y-R; R is selected from hydrogen and C1-C4 alkyl radicals; X is 0 to 100; Y is 0 to 80; m is 1 to 40; n is 10 to 200; o is 1 to 100; p is 7 to 21; and q is 0 to 4.

PURPOSE: Provided is a composition for oxidation dyeing of keratin fibers, comprising an oxyalkylenated carboxylic acid ether, an associative polymer and an unsaturated fatty alcohol. Also, provided are a method and apparatus for dyeing using the same. CONSTITUTION: A composition for oxidation dyeing of the hair is characterized by comprising an oxyalkylenated carboxylic acid ether or its salt, at least one associative polymer and at least one fatty alcohol(C8-C30) containing at least one unsaturation.

CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic and/or dermatological composition characteristically comprises: a physiologically acceptable medium comprising an aqueous phase; at least one oxidation-sensitive hydrophilic active principle, and; at least one non-crosslinked N-vinylimidazole polymer or copolymer. The at least one active principle and the at least one non-crosslinked N-vinylimidazole polymer or copolymer both are present in the aqueous phase.The hydrophilic active principle is selected from the group consisting of ascorbic acid, 5,6-di-O-dimethylsilylascorbate, dl-£alpha|-tocopheryl di-ascorbyl phosphate potassium salt, magnesium ascorbyl phosphate, sodium ascorbyl phosphate phloroglucinol, and kojic acid, and the oxidation-sensitive hydrophilic active principle is ascorbic acid.

The at least one active principle and the at least one non-crosslinked N-vinylimidazole polymer or copolymer both are present in the aqueous phase.
