Abstract: 본 발명은 바다숲 조성용 로프망의 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 상기 로프망의 소재로서 천연섬유를 사용함에 따라 바다숲 조성용 로프망의 제조가격을 매우 저렴하게 하고, 로프의 직경과 무게를 최대한으로 줄여 로프망의 취급에 따른 편의성을 향상시키도록 하면서도, 천연섬유가 가지는 표면거칠기를 이용하여 매우 빠른 시간내에 해조류 유주자의 효율적인 이식이 가능토록 하며, 상기 로프망을 선박의 선미측 갑판에 장착된 유주자의 이식수조에 설치한 상태에서, 로프망의 시설이 요구되는 해역으로 선박을 운항시키는 동안 로프망의 유주자 이식작업이 완료되도록 한 다음, 유주자의 이식작업이 완료된 로프망에 침자를 매달아 선박의 후미측으로 풀어내는 한편, 로프망을 풀어내는 속도에 맞추어 선박을 저속으로 전진시키는 방식으로 로프망의 시공작업을 수행토록 함으로서, 선박의 추진력을 이용하여 선박의 후미측으로부터 풀려나가는 로프망이 자연스럽게 펼쳐진 다음 침자의 무게에 의하여 해저면을 따라 안착되도록 하며, 이로 인하여 다이버가 수중에서 로프망을 고정시키는 수중작업을 수행하지 않더라도 로프망의 시설이 가능토록 함으로서, 로프망의 시공에 소요되는 시간과 비용의 절감 측면에도 크게 기여할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A novel gene encoding Paralichthys olivaceus-derived antibacterial peptide, bea-defensin is provided to ensure pivotal immune response function and to be used in developing natural antibiotics.
