CONSTITUTION: A feminization inducing method of cultivated eel comprises the steps of: injecting 10-25 mg of 17 β - estradiol per 1 kg of the fodder into elvers for 7 months; injecting the 17 β - estradiol for 5 months; and injecting the 17 β - estradiol on alternate days. The average weight of the elvers is 0.15-0.2 g, and the average total length is 5-6 cm.
