PURPOSE: A hemp cutter for manufacturing hemp cloth thread using a Korean traditional loom is provided to split and to obtain smooth cross section. CONSTITUTION: A hemp cutter for manufacturing hemp cloth thread using a Korean traditional loom contains a pin(15) formed on a substrate(20). The pin has arrow-shape having curved portion(12) at the upper end(11). A concave unit(13) is formed under the arrow-shape. A blade is formed at the front end.

PURPOSE: Fiber processing chemicals for removing poisonous substances and a fiber with a function of removing poisonous substances added to a cellulosic fiber system by the same are provided to permanently remove poisonous substances. CONSTITUTION: Fiber processing chemicals for removing poisonous substances include a β-cyclodextrin derivative. The fiber processing chemicals are coupled with a cellulosic fiber system fiber. The β-cyclodextrin derivative is made of at least one of β-cyclodextrin with a cyanuric chloride substituent, β-cyclodextrin with epichlorohydrin substituent, or a β-cyclodextrin derivative with a citric acid substituent.

PURPOSE: A wide ramie textile manufacturing method is provided to improve productivity with the mechanized weaving technology of a new type monofilament type ramie raw yarn. CONSTITUTION: A monofilament-type ramie textile where a hydrophilic polymer resin is coated is delivered from a textile beam(10) and is supplied to the inside of a resin removing tank(15) through a guide roller(14). The resin of fabric is uniformly removed with a pick-up roller(17) inside a resin removal tank where a resin removal solution is included. The fabric is transferred through the pick-up roller to the tenter(19). The fabric is contracted and dried through a thermal process. The dried and contracted fabric is wound with a take-up roller(20).
Abstract:
A bast fiber by using microbiology and a method thereof are provided to improve productivity and material property by using optimized processes and by preserving the cellulose structure, and to raise the cost competitiveness and the environment-friendliness. Impurities including a pectin and a lignin existing inside a hemp class plants are removed at the refining process. A refining solution including Paenibacillus Taejonensis IH-9 (Deposit Number: Korean Collection for Type Cultures 11223 BP) as a microbe is prepared. The hemp class plants are digested in the refining solution by controlling the ratio of the hemp class plants and the refining solution to be 1:5 or 1:60 weight%. The refining solution is stirred for 30 minutes or 5 hours with maintaining the solution temperature between 20°C and 100°C. The hemp class plants are digested for 60 minutes or 4 days in the impurity removal treatment solution composed of natural sea water having room temperature or the boiling temperature at the pre-treatment process of the refining process. A pectinase 0.01 or 5 weight% is added as the enzyme to the refining solution 100 weight% for decomposing sugars.
