Abstract:
PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly elastic pavement material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to continuously generate anions and far-infrared rays even under severe environment, such as high-temperature, snow, and rain. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an environmentally-friendly elastic pavement material is as follows. A mixture is prepared by adding 10-25 weight% of loess and 5-15 weight% of illite to 100 weight% of epoxy pre-polymer having amine groups. A polyurea binder resin is prepared by adding 50-100 weight% of aliphatic isocyanate compound to the mixture. The elastic pavement material is prepared by mixing one or more elastic bodies selected from EPDM, rubber latex, loess chips, and polyurethane chips with the polyurea binder resin.

PURPOSE: A road signal composition is provided to ensure excellent adhesive force and water resistance even in the continued exposure in an atmospheric condition, and to prevent cracks and discoloration even in the continued load of vehicles. CONSTITUTION: A road signal composition includes a base material, 60~140 parts by weight of constructional aggregate powder, 30~60 parts by weight of ceramics aggregate having a return reflection function, 50~60 parts by weight of filler, 20~60 parts by weight of glass beads, 15~20 parts by weight of wax, 1-5 parts by weight of antioxidant, 1-5 parts by weight of UV stabilizer, 1~2 parts by weight of carbon fiber chops and 1~1.5 parts by weight of color pigment. The base material includes 65-75 weight% of terephthalic acid-modified polyamide resin, 15-25 weight% of rosin ester resin, 3-7 weight% of ethylene vinyl acetate copolymers and 3-5 weight% of polyethylene.

PURPOSE: An anti-slip pavement composition is provided to ensure excellent skid resistance and penetrability inside pores of concrete, and to prevent accidents and the degradation of shock resistance, discoloration by ultraviolet rays. CONSTITUTION: An anti-slip pavement composition comprises 25-45 weight% of modified methyl methacrylate resin, 30-45 weight% of one or more aggregates, 15-30 weight% of at least one filler, 3-10 weight% of functional filler, 2-5 weight% of sieved pigment, and 1-2 weight% of wax. The modified methyl methacrylate resin is prepared by mixing 3-15 weight% of thermoplastic elastomer and/or modified polypropylene to a resin in which 80-20 weight% of methylmethacrylate and 20-80 weight% of ethylacrylate are mixed; and adding .5-2 weight% of curing accelerators to the mixture.

PURPOSE: Paving composition for a bicycle path is provided to improve the shock resistance and the durability without a crack or omission. CONSTITUTION: Paving composition for a bicycle path is composed of quick-hardening resin 30~60 weight%, aggregate 20~30 weight%, filler 15~25 weight%, paint 2~5%, anti-foaming agent 1~3 weight%, UV blocking agent 1~4 weight%, and oxygen barrier agent 1~3 weight%. The quick-hardening resin is manufactured by mixing low-viscosity methyl methacrylate resin 50~80 weight%, thermosetting resin or synthetic resin selected from high-viscosity methyl methacrylate 19.5~48 weight%, and hardening accelerator 0.5~2%.

PURPOSE: An anti-slip paving composition using epoxy-polyurea hybrid resin and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve drug resistance, cohesive property, corrosiveness. CONSTITUTION: An anti-slip paving composition using epoxy-polyurea hybrid resin comprises 35-44 weight% of epoxy polyurethane hybrid resin, 25-35 weight% of aggregate, 20-25 weight% of filler, 5-10 weight% of reactive aggregate, 2-5 weight% of additive, and 4-7 weight% of pigment. A manufacturing method of the anti-slip paving composition using epoxy-polyurea hybrid resin comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring rkat5-10 weight% of amine-terminated urea prepolymer resin with 80-90 weight% of bisphenol A type epoxy resin and 10-20 weight% of non-halogen flame-retarding epoxy resin; manufacturing the mixture at 80-120 deg. Celsius for 3-5 hours.

PURPOSE: A highly elastic polyurea paint composition is provided to improve physical properties because of obtaining strength and tenacity in molecular structure, and to absorb or to release external impact or vibration. CONSTITUTION: A highly elastic polyurea paint composition comprises a base material part and a hardener part with volume ratio of 1:1. The base material part consists of a resin mixture which comprises 20-40 weight% of amine-terminated epoxy prepolymer, 20-40 weight% of polymer mixture, 15-25 weight% of a crosslinking agent, 2-8 weight% of pigment, and 2-8 weight% of additives. The hardener part consists of 70-130 parts by weight of polymer polyol on the basis of 100.0 parts by weight of isocyanate mixture, and is manufactured by maintaining isocyanate mixture and the polymer at 60-120 °C for 3-5 hours.
