Abstract:
A modified additive for recycled waste asphalt concrete comprising specified additives in constant composition is provided to improve physical properties of the concrete in constructional field by homogeneously admixing petroleum oil, adhesion aid, polymer modifier, compatibilizer, thermal stabilizer and weather-proofing agent together. The additive includes: 40 to 80wt.% of petroleum based processing oil; 4 to 35wt.% of adhesion aid; 15 to 35wt.% of polymer modifier; 0.5 to 5wt.% of compatibilizer; 0.2 to 5wt.% of thermal stabilizer; and 0.1 to 5wt.% of weather-proofing agent. The thermal stabilizer is hydroxytoluene butyrate. The petroleum based processing oil is at least one or more selected from naphthene, paraffin and aromatic oil alone or in combination. The adhesion aid is at least one or more selected from C9 petroleum resin, C6 petroleum resin, C9 to C6 copolymeric petroleum resin, petroleum maleate resin, esterified petroleum resin, rosin ester, phenol resin and pine resin.

본 발명은 습기경화형 상온 아스팔트 바인더에 관한 것으로서 아스팔트 바인더가 상온에서 습기와 반응하여 경화하는 메가니즘을 가지는 특수한 아스팔트 바인더를 말한다. 본 발명의 습기경화형 상온 아스팔트 바인더는 일반 아스팔트 바인더에 습기와 반응 경화할 수 있는 반응형 고분자, 아스팔트 점도 조절제, 경화시간 조절제, 점착 부여제 등을 각각 일정량 투입하여 습기경화형 상온 아스팔트 바인더를 제조하는데 그 목적이 있다. 그리고 상기 목적을 달성하기 위해서 본 발명은 아스팔트 50∼85중량%에 습기 반응 경화형 고분자 15∼50중량%, 아스팔트 점도 조절제 0∼10중량%, 경화시간 조절제 0∼2중량%, 점착 부여제 0~10중량%를 첨가하여 균일상으로 분산하여 완성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 습기경화형 상온 아스팔트 바인더를 제공하게 된다. 따라서 본 발명은 기존의 아스팔트는 상온에서 고체상이기 때문에 가열하여 액상으로 사용하는 등의 사용상의 많은 제약이 따랐으나 본 발명으로 인하여 아스팔트의 사용상의 문제점을 해결하고, 습기 경화 고분자에 의해 아스팔트의 물리적 성상을 한 단계 더 높임으로서 기존의 아스팔트를 사용할 수 없었던 분야에서도 사용할 수가 있어 아스팔트의 사용 범위도 확장할 수 있는 습기경화형 상온 아스팔트 바인더를 제공한다. 습기 경화, 고분자, 아스팔트, 점도, 바인더

PURPOSE: A one liquid type aqueous asphalt urethane is provided, which can be used for conventional urethane and asphalt products simultaneously, is more inexpensive than the conventional urethane, and is more excellent in physical properties than the asphalt. CONSTITUTION: The one liquid type aqueous asphalt urethane is produced by reacting 10-70wt% of an aqueous urethane and 0-10wt% of an ion conversion agent and then mixing the resultant with 30-90wt% of an emulsion asphalt, wherein 20-80wt% of the aqueous urethane can be substituted by other polymer emulsions such as a styrene-butadiene-rubber latex, a natural latex, a chlorinated-rubber latex, an ethyl-vinyl-acetate resin emulsion, and an acryl resin emulsion.

본발명은배수성아스팔트혼합물을사용한표층시공및 포장과관련된전반적인문제점을해결하기위한것으로, 배수성포장시공후 물이나수분의침투로인한파손또는동상에의해파손이발생되는하부도로의여러가지문제점을해결할수 있으며, 기존중간층포장후 표층을시공하는시공절차에따른작업성및 개방시간지연등의문제점을간편하게배수성표층의시공한번으로해결할수 있다. 또한, 배수성능과저소음기능등은기존의도로포장방법으로시공된경우와동일또는더욱우수하게유지하면서도동시에우수한방수성능까지겸비한중간층형태의불투수성중간층을기층과표층사이에효과적으로형성할수 있는포장공법을제공한다.

The present invention relates to an asphalt tack-coating binder composition with improved adhesive power by including an adhesion enhancer, and a method for spraying the binder composition after filling the binder composition in an aerosol spray container. The present invention relates to the asphalt tack-coating binder composition comprising 40-60 wt% of asphalt, 2.5-10% of blown asphalt, 30-50 wt% of viscosity - hardening regulator, and 0.1-1 wt% of interlayer adhesion enhancer based on 100 wt% of the total binder composition. According to the present invention, the aerosol spray container is filled with the asphalt tack-coating binder composition, and the asphalt tack-coating binder composition is sprayed when fixing various types of defects (pot-hole, crack, etc.) caused by the environmental or external factor after paving an asphalt concrete mixture. Therefore, the asphalt tack-coating binder composition has the advantage of improving the adhesive performance of repairing materials and an attached surface, ensuring a uniform coating thickness, and ensuring rapid construction with convenient and easy work.

The present invention relates to modified emulsion asphalt for cold asphalt concrete mixture and a manufacturing method thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to modified emulsion asphalt for cold asphalt concrete mixture comprising 0.8 to 2.5 wt% of a slowly curing surfactant and 5.0 to 20.0 wt% of a modifier with respect to 100 wt% of the whole emulsion asphalt, wherein evaporation residues are present in a percentage of 50 to 65 wt%. The modified emulsion asphalt for cold asphalt concrete mixture according to the present invention is easily mixed with aggregate having cations and anions complexly composed in cold asphalt pavement, can be paved uniformly, prevents the separation and dispersion of the aggregate by increasing adhesion between the aggregate during the early stage of construction, can satisfy strength necessary for asphalt pavement, and can improve the low-temperature characteristics of cold recycled asphalt concrete mixture using recycled aggregate.

CONSTITUTION: A waterproof sheet having a thin film waterproof layer comprises a releasing paper coated by the thin film waterproof layer consisting of process oil, a modifier, an adhesion reinforcing agent, a durability reinforcing agent and compatibilizing agent. The modifier is rubber, a thermoplastic elastomer or mixture thereof. The adhesion reinforcing agent is one or more kinds selected from a petroleum resin, a natural resin, a coumarone resin, and polybutene. On the thin film waterproof layer, a polymer modified asphalt layer, center reinforcing material, a polymer modified asphalt layer, and finishing material in order.

PURPOSE: A high viscosity asphalt mastic waterproofing membrane material for wet surface adhesion is provided to enable construction of a waterproofing membrane with uniform thickness, to prevent the deterioration of adhesive force caused by the rainy spell in summer after construction. CONSTITUTION: A high viscosity asphalt mastic waterproofing membrane material comprises 1~5 weight% of an amphiphilic adhesion promoter based on 100 weight% of the waterproofing membrane material. The high viscosity asphalt mastic waterproofing membrane material comprises, based on 100 weight% of the waterproofing membrane material, 10~40 weight% of process oil, 1~10 weight% of asphalt modifier, 1~5 weight% of strength reinforcement, 1~10 weight % of heat resistant reinforcing agent, 2~20 weight% of adhesive strength reinforcing agent, 10~30 weight% of asphalt, 10~20 weight% of inorganic filler for controlling viscosity, 10~20 weight% of flow prevention additive, 1~10 weight% of waste tire, and 0.3~5 weight% of aqueous modifier.
