본발명은배수성아스팔트혼합물을사용한표층시공및 포장과관련된전반적인문제점을해결하기위한것으로, 배수성포장시공후 물이나수분의침투로인한파손또는동상에의해파손이발생되는하부도로의여러가지문제점을해결할수 있으며, 기존중간층포장후 표층을시공하는시공절차에따른작업성및 개방시간지연등의문제점을간편하게배수성표층의시공한번으로해결할수 있다. 또한, 배수성능과저소음기능등은기존의도로포장방법으로시공된경우와동일또는더욱우수하게유지하면서도동시에우수한방수성능까지겸비한중간층형태의불투수성중간층을기층과표층사이에효과적으로형성할수 있는포장공법을제공한다.

Provided is a room temperature, moisture-curing type color asphalt patching material for use in road repair, which is applicable without modifying the commonly used room temperature asphalt patching material plant, not incurring additional cost. The room temperature, moisture-curing type color asphalt patching material comprises: 80-95 wt% of dry aggregates having a diameter of 8mm or less, 5-20 wt% of moisture-curing type color asphalt binder which consists of 20-40 wt% of a modifier selected from general petroleum resins, polyethylene, polypropylene, EVA, and so on, 25-45 wt% of a thickening agent, 5-15 wt% of a dispersing pigment, 15-50 wt% of a moisture-curing reactive polymer, a curing time regulating agent, and a pressure sensitive enhancer.

PURPOSE: A repairing method for a small-scale decrepit road surface using a universal urethane asphalt binder is provided to allow unskilled people to easily and conveniently repair cracked parts or damaged parts in a small-scale apartment complex or a golf course. CONSTITUTION: A repairing method for a small-scale decrepit road surface using a universal urethane asphalt binder comprises as follows. A two-way gun is used as a portable repairing device to grasp a damaged shape or a damaged depth of the decrepit road and to remove foreign substances on a damaged part. An equivalent ratio or a volumetric ratio of main materials and hardening agents of the universal urethane asphalt binder by controlling the size of cartridges. The universal urethane asphalt binder in which the hardening agents and the main materials are mixed is installed on the damaged part of the preprocessed decrepit road surface. PURPOSE: A plant-mix type drainage additive is provided to have physical properties satisfying PG grade, to have excellent qualities in bleeding phenomenon in high temperatures, tensile strength, and to improve strength and flexibility in low temperatures. CONSTITUTION: A plant-mix type drainage additive comprises asphalt, process oil, and modifier, and additionally comprises thermal stabilizer, a crosslinking promoting antioxidant, and a water resistant adhesion enhancer. The drainage additive is manufactured by melt-uniform dispersion of 25-40 weight% of the asphalt, 20-40 weight% of the process oil, 20-35 weight% of the modifier, 5-15 weight% of the thermal stabilizer, 0.1-1.0 weight% of the crosslinking promoting antioxidant, and 0.1-0.7 weight% of water resistant adhesion enhancer at 140-200 °C. The crosslinking promoting antioxidant is condensed of oxide of inorganic acid or organic acid. The water resistant adhesion enhancer is one selected from a group consisting of R-TES(triethoxysilane), R-TMS(trimethoxysilane), R-DMS(dimethoxysilane), R-DES(diethoxysilane), and mixtures thereof. PURPOSE: A plant mix type additive for a modified asphalt is provided to ensure a same or better physical property comparing to a physical property of a conventional polymeric modified asphalt and to facilitate a quality control. CONSTITUTION: The plant mix type additive for the modified asphalt comprises a process oil, 25 to 45 wt.% of a low softening point asphalt, 20 to 40 wt.% of a petroleum resin or thermoplastic resin, 20 to 55 wt.% of a thermoplastic elastomer(TPE) or rubber, 0.1 to 0.5 wt.% of a heat resistant antioxidant, 0.1 to 0.3 wt.% of an UV stabilizer and 0.2 to 0.6 wt.% of a viscosity depressant. The preparation method of the additive comprises the steps of: dispersing the process oil, asphalt, petroleum resin or thermoplastic resin homogeneously, adding the TPE or rubber thereto, further adding the antioxidant, UV stabilizer and viscosity depressant, dispersing sufficiently and forming into a particle having a diameter of 5 mm or less and a length of 2 cm or less.

PURPOSE: A producing method of asphalt having the penetration of 20-30 from light crude oil, and the asphalt are provided to enable users to easily produce the asphalt with the low penetration without a separate SDA-process. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of asphalt having the penetration of 20-30 from light crude oil comprises the following steps: distilling the light crude oil in a crude atmospheric distillation unit(VDU) to obtain atmospheric residue oil(VR); inserting the atmospheric residue oil into a solvent de-asphalting unit(SDA) to obtain a SDA-bottom; and mixing the SDA-bottom with the atmospheric residue oil to obtain asphalt having the penetration of 80-100; and reacting the asphalt with a composition containing lewis acid, a cross-linking agent, an adhesive force enhancer, and a dispersing agent at 130-190 deg C.

PURPOSE: An aqueous mastic waterproofing material is provided to ensure construction at room temperature, to maintain flexibility and elasticity at a low temperature, and to prevent the waterproofing material from being fallen from the wall after construction. CONSTITUTION: An aqueous mastic waterproofing material comprises a first liquid 35~75 weight%, a second liquid 20~50 weight%, a viscosity controller 0.1~3 weight%, a modifier 0.1~5 weight%, and an inorganic filler 4.8~35 weight%. The first liquid comprises process oil 5~40 weight%, asphalt 35~92 weight%, modifier 1~10 weight%, reinforcing agent for heat resistance 1~10 weight%, and emulsifier 1~5 weight%. The second liquid comprises water 95~99.5 weight% and emulsifier 0.5~5 weight%.

The room temperature, moisture-curing type color asphalt patching binder comprises: 20-40 wt% of a modifier, 25-45 wt% of a thickening agent, 5-15 wt% of a dispersing pigment, 15-50 wt% of a moisture-curing reactive polymer, a curing time regulating agent, and a pressure sensitive enhancer. To produce the binder, the modifier and the thickening agent are uniformly blended at 100-175 deg.C, the dispersing pigment is uniformly dispersed in the mixture, and the moisture-curing reactive polymer is finally added.
