본 발명은 L-아라비노스가 함유된 고분자 중합체를 포함하는 기질 액에, 엑소 타입의 가수분해효소인 아라비노퓨라노시다아제를 처리하여 L-아라비노스를 분리하는 방법에 있어서, KCl 또는 NaCl을 첨가하여 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 효소 분해법에 의한 L-아라비노스의 분리 방법에 관한 것으로, KCl 또는 NaCl을 첨가함으로써 아라비노퓨라노시다아제의 반응 활성을 높여 L-아라비노스를 선택적으로 분리할 수 있으며, 농업 부산물을 재활용하여 처리비용을 절감하고 환경오염을 줄일 수 있는 효과를 발휘한다. PURPOSE: A method for preparing an insoluble drug nanocomplex is provided to enhance manufacture yield of the insoluble drug nanocomplex. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing an insoluble drug nanocomplex comprises: a step of dissolving insoluble drug in a solvent containing surfactant; a step of adding apolipoprotein in the solution; a step of heating the solution; and a step of removing surfactant and solvent from the solution. The insoluble drug is dissolved with phospholipid. The phospholipid is phosphatidylcholine. The insoluble drug is coenzyme Q10, ursodeoxycholic acid, ilaprazole, paclitaxel or imatinib mesylate. The surfactant is cholic acid or salt thereof. The apolipoprotein is apolipotprotein A-I.

PURPOSE: A method for isolating L-arabinose through enzyme hydrolysis is provided to ensure reaction activity of enzyme by adding KCl or NaCl and selectively isolate L-arabinose. CONSTITUTION: An L-arabinose is isolated by treating arabinofuranosidase to a substrate liquid containing polymer having L-arabinose. The arabinofuranosidase reactivity is enhanced by adding KCl or NaCl. The polymer having the L-arabinose is a polymer having L-arabinose of homo form or hetero form. The polymer containing L-arabinose of homo form is arabinan. The polymer having L-arabinose of hetero form is arabinoxylan.

PURPOSE: Arabinofuranosidase produced from Thermotoga maritima and a method for producing arabinose using the same are provided, thereby specifically digesting the side chains of arabinoxylan to inhibit the production of by-products, and improving the production rate and yield of arabinose by conducting the enzyme reaction at high temperature. CONSTITUTION: Alpha-L-arabinofuranosidase produced from Thermotoga maritime has optimal operation temperature of 60 to 120 deg. C and optimal operation pH of 4 to 9, and specifically digests arabinoxylan to produce arabinose, wherein the alpha-L-arabinofuranosidase has the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 2; and a gene encoding the alpha-L-arabinofuranosidase has the nucleotide sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 1. A method for producing arabinose comprises digesting the substrate containing arabinose with the alpha-L-arabinofuranosidase of Thermotoga maritime.
