Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing material that has a specific gravity comparable to that of a coating film obtained after expanding an expandable sealing material, without using an inorganic balloon showing a low affinity to a resin component and a large specific gravity. SOLUTION: The sealing material is obtained by mixing ≤20 wt.% resin-made hollow balloon having a particle size of ≤80 μm into a PVC sol paint having a viscosity of ≥60 Pa s or into an acrylic sol paint. The weight of the sealing material is reduced by applying the same under a pressure of ≥5 MPa so as to compress and break the resin-made hollow balloon, thereby forming cavities (bubbles) within a coating film. The viscosity of the sealing material is adjusted to ≥60 Pa s so as to prevent breaking of the cavities, which are formed in application, before and during a baking process and to prevent exposure of the cavities (bubbles) at the surface of the coating film during the baking process. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movile indoor sound insulator whose sound absorbing performance and sound insulating performance can easily be adjusted according to the acoustic state in a room. SOLUTION: A fiber hard board which is made of a fiber raw material and has a 0.5 to 1.5 kg/m 2 areal weight and a 1,000 to 4,000 N×s×m -3 air flow resistance value is installed so that it may have an air space between windows, and the fiber hard board can be varied in angle by being moved. On one side of the fiber hard board, a sheet or felt having sound absorbing effect is laminated and the fiber hard board is installed so that the sheet laminated side may be on the window side. An arbitrary number of fiber hard boards are provided and arranged horizontally or vertically, and equally varied to an arbitrary angle by a moving mechanism. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delustering agent for a coating having an excellent delustering effect obtainable by adding a small amount thereof, and a paint. SOLUTION: A delustering agent for a paint comprises a resin having an average particle diameter of 1 to 20 μm, a specific gravity of 0.3 to 0.8, and a hollow structure, wherein the resin comprises 50 parts by weight or more of at least one of methyl methacrylate, cyclohexyl methacrylate, acrylonitrile, styrene, acrylate, methacrylate, trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate, ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate, divinylbenzene, and vinyl acetate in 100 parts by weight of the monomer constituting the resin. An aqueous resin paint comprising 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of the delustering agent based on 100 parts by weight of the paint is provided. A delustered paint in which a viscosity of the paint during the coating thereof is 2000 mPa s or less, and the delustering agent for the paint is oriented on the surface of the coated film is also provided. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an evaluation device capable of rapidly and intuitively exhibiting a heat-insulating paint film to a consumer at any location so that the consumer can understand easily. SOLUTION: In the device capable of intuitively displaying the heat insulation effect of the heat-insulating paint film, a thermoseal is stuck to the paint film of a coated panel coated with heat-insulating paint. In the evaluation device of a heat-insulating paint film, the thermo seal is stuck to the back of the paint film in the coated panel coated with the heat-insulating paint film. The evaluation device of a heat-insulating paint film also serves as at least one of a commodity catalogue, a paint color sample book, paint specifications, and technical documents for heat-insulating paint for forming the heat-insulating paint film. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastisol coating material useful as a sealing material for automobile and capable of reducing the emission of aldehydes. SOLUTION: The plastisol coating material having reduced aldehyde emission is composed of a vinyl chloride resin, an acrylic resin, a plasticizer, a tackifier, a hardening agent and a filler and contains adipoyl dihydrazide and/or guanidine sulfamate as a curing agent component. The plastisol coating material for automobile use having reduced aldehyde emission is applied to a coating object and dried by heating at 120-160°C for 10-30 min to obtain a cured coating film.
