SOLUTION: A rolling bar-holding arm (16) is put to a moving halt once even at the dough-preheating position (P2) of a dough-baking zone (Z2) as such an intermediate point as to move forward from the dough coating position (P1) of a dough coating zone (Z1) to a dough-baking position (P3); during the halt, the dough-baking zone (Z2) is determined to be shut by a partition shutter (57)'s advance; a number of seeds heaters (11) are erectedly set up in parallel on the backside of the baking zone; a far-infrared ray-radiative panel (54) is interposed between each space where the heater and a rolling bar (18) present at a baking position as the terminal point of the rolling bar-holding arm (16)'s forward movement stand against each other; after preheating by the heaters the dough (M) on the rolling bar present at the preheating position (P2) as the intermediate point of the forwardly moving rolling bar-holding arm (16), the dough on the rolling bar reached the baking position as the terminal point of the forwardly moving rolling bar-holding arm (16) is baked by heating with the heaters and radiant heat from the panel (54).

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air filter for a railroad rolling stock having resistance to vibration and a long service life, allowing the use of a casing and a filter a number of times, and capable of mounting and dismounting the filter easily without breaking the casing and suppressing an increase in pressure loss in use for a long period of time.
SOLUTION: This air filter has the casing and is made of nonwoven fabric in which a filter formed in a pleat shape has a pressure loss of 2 Pa or less when it is 5.3 cm/sec when measured in accordance with JISB 990. It comes into pressure-contact with the inner side of the casing by the elasticity of the filter and is mounted. Furthermore, a sheetlike prefilter is mounted in the upstream by a hook-and-loop fastener to prolong service lives of the filter and a fin and improve workability in order to form the air filter for the railroad rolling stock by making all the materials carry flame resistance.
