Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder compacting metallic die for compacting powder containing high hardness powder, such as oxide powder, magnetic metal powder, which die is excellent in friction wear resistance and shock resistance, and further to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: At least the surface of the die at the portion for pressing the powder is composed of at least a rough surface or a mixed layer of an electrode and a base material of the die caused by electric discharge machining, and an amorphous carbon based hard layer which has residual stress lower than 0.3 GPa or less and is formed on the rough surface or the mixed layer. By this configuration, the powder compacting metallic die can achieve high hardness, high wear resistance, smooth surface, a low frictional coefficient, excellent die releasing property, excellent chemical resistance/corrosion resistance, excellent slidability, and further improved shock resistance. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a thick DLC (diamond-like carbon) film on a surface of a base material to reduce the residual stress in the film. SOLUTION: A base material to be coated is placed in a vacuum container filled with hydrocarbon-based gas, the pulse RF voltage and the high-voltage DC pulse voltage of negative polarity are alternately applied to the base material, the DC pulse voltage is applied after completion of application of the pulse RF voltage, and the pulse-height value of the DC pulse voltage is set to the threshold voltage transferred to the glow discharge. The hydrocarbon-based gas is toluene gas, the gas pressure is set to be 0.1-2 Pa, and the DC pulse voltage is applied in 10-50 μs after completion of application of the pulse RF voltage. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide filter cloth causing little looseness, partial tension, or wrinkle at a protruded part of a filter press of compression type wherein some protruded parts are formed near a raw liquid inlet port of an ordinal filter plate. SOLUTION: When forming integrated structure by stitching two sheets of filter cloth by cylindrical connection cloth 8, cloth woven into soft structure is used as the connection cloth 8, and formed in a bias cutting. In a dimension in the length direction of a cylindrical body, the cylindrical body is formed by changing the dimension in part or in whole of a section in the circumferential direction. Both edge parts in the cylinder length direction of the cloth 8 are sewn to the periphery of the hole serving as the raw liquid hole formed in the two sheets of the filter cloth so as to correspond to the shape of protrusion parts when mounting to the filter plate. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easily sticking three-dimensional pattern formed members which are capable of freely expressing colors and patterns, are smooth to the touch, have distinct projection and are usable for braille, etc. SOLUTION: The method of sticking the three-dimensional color pattern formed members 9 constituted by three-dimensionally forming transparent resin materials on the surface of colored tacky adhesive sheet having specified shapes pasted with release paper on the rear surfaces across tacky adhesive layers to an adherend 11, in which a tacky adhesive sheet 10 for positioning is attached and positioned to the front surface of the transparent resin material and the release paper is stripped from the three-dimensional color pattern forming members 9; thereafter, the three-dimensional color pattern forming members 9 are stuck to the adherend 11 and finally, the tacky adhesive sheet 10 for positioning is removed from the surfaces of the transparent resin materials. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter and a filtration method in which compression filtration is carried out by controlling the electric current to be inputted to a pressure controlling valve to control compression pressure according to the prescribed operation pattern. SOLUTION: When a movable plate 4 is pressed against a filter medium 1, the compression pressure is changed by controlling the electric current to be inputted to the pressure controlling valve 55, which is used for controlling the oil pressure to be transmitted from a hydraulic pump 50a to the sides of the upper and lower hydraulic driving cylinders 51, 52 of the plate 4, according to the hourly quantity of the pressure to be changed and the elapse of the compression time which are calculated from the operation pattern showing the relation between the compression time and the compression pressure.
