    Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a sowing machine which is combined with a rotary device of a tractor to form a ridge, sow seeds and spray herbicide at the same time so that it makes ease of works related to sow the seeds. CONSTITUTION: The sowing machine comprises the parts of: a ridge former which forms plural ridges on the soil at regular intervals; a support(300) which is placed at the rear side of the ridge former; plural sowers(400) which are respectively combined with the support to form a furrow in the ridge, sow the seeds on the furrow and cover by soil; and a herbicide sprayer(500) which is combined with the rear edge of the support to spray herbicide on the upper part of the sown and covered seeds.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for separating natural coloring matter, anthocyanin from the testa of vegetable seed such as black bean is provided to process anthocyanin including delphinidin(formular3) and cyanidin(formular4) in high purity. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the following steps of: (i) soaking the testa of vegetable seed in water containing 0.1-1% hydrochloric acid and getting water soluble crude extract of anthocyanin for 24-72hr 2-4 times; (ii) removing disused materials from the extract by filtrating the crude extract of anthocyanin; (iii) concentrating the crude extract by putting the extract into an inverted column made of silica gel; (iv) isolating the crude extract of anthocyanin with 10-30% alcohol and hydrolyzing the isolated anthocyanin by adding acid thereto; and (v) filtrating the hydrolyzed solution and processing the anthocyanin by using a silica gel inverted cartridge.
