    Abstract: The present invention related to a semiconductor wafer cleaning system comprising a preliminary cleaning station for removing particles on a wafer in advance by spraying deionized water thereon; a first cleaning station for cleaning remaining particles firstly by rotating frictionally a pair of brushes disposed to be contacted with a front surface and a back surface of the wafer and by spraying chemicals thereon through a chemical sprayer being provided independently; a first rinsing station for rinsing by spraying a cleaning liquid onto the firstly cleaned wafer at the first cleaning station; a second cleaning station for cleaning particles secondly remained on the front surface and the back surface of the wafer by spraying the chemicals onto the firstly rinsed cleaned wafer at the first rinsing station through a chemical sprayer being provided independently using the same structure and manner as those of the first cleaning station; a second rinsing station for rinsing by spraying the cleaning liquid onto the secondly cleaned wafer at the second cleaning station; and a dry station for drying the remained cleaning liquid using centrifugal force generated by rotating the rinsed wafer at the second rinsing station at a high speed. According to the present invention, a waiting time of entry into each cleaning station is minimized by processing a cleaning operation and a rinsing operation of a surface-polished wafer in a cleaning station and a rinsing station which are provided separately and independently thereby improves wafer productivity significantly by solving a delayed phenomenon in a whole process of wafer manufacturing.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a paint composition having high far-infrared radioactivity, antibiotic activity and solvent resistance and a precoated metal sheet for home appliances, coated with the paint composition. According to the current invention, a paint composition including a thermosetting resin, 9-60 parts by weight of ceramic powder and 0.2-4.0 parts by weight of phosphoric acid, based on 100 parts by weight of the thermosetting resin, is provided, and a precoated metal sheet coated with such a paint composition is also provided. The paint composition and the precoated metal sheet coated with the paint composition manifest high far-infrared radioactivity and antibiotic activity, and as well, have storage stability and solvent resistance increased by neutralizing the alkalinity of ceramic powder using phosphoric acid. Further, a silane compound and a curing catalyst are additionally used to increase gloss and processability.

    Abstract: There are provided a heat-dissipating black resin composition having excellent physical properties such as heat-dissipating property, workability, corrosion resistance, solvent resistance, coating adherence and gloss and being free from chromium and used for surface treatment of a zinc coated steel sheet, a method for treating a zinc coated steel sheet, and a zinc coated steel sheet treated thereby. The heat-dissipating black resin composition includes, based on 100 parts by weight of the heat-dissipating black resin composition: 10 to 60 parts by weight of a resin composition which at least one main resin and a melamine-based curing agent are mixed in a weight ratio of 10:2-7, the main resin being selected from the group consisting of polyester resin, epoxy resin, polyolefin resin, polyurethane resin, fluorine resin, phenol resin, acryl resin and polycarbonate resin; 1 to 10 parts by weight of at least one pigment selected from the group consisting of carbon black and carbon nano tube; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a matting agent; and the balance of a solvent. Also, the method for treating a steel sheet with a heat-dissipating black resin composition includes: coating a steel sheet with the heat-dissipating black resin composition so that a thickness of a dry coating film is in a range of 3 to 30 micrometers; and drying the heat-dissipating black resin composition, and the steel sheet is treated according to the method. The resin-coated steel sheet includes a thin resin layer, shows excellent heat- absorbing/dissipating properties, has excellent physical properties such as corrosion resistance, press workability, surface electrical conductivity and solvent resistance, and is environmental- friendly since it is free from a chromium component.

By forming the hydrophilic antifog lens coating layer comprising the hydrophilic coating layer on the blank lens or the hard coating lens in this way, the present invention has the advantages of an excellent antifog function whereby lens transparency is maintained and also outstanding abrasion resistance and durability. Consequently, the present invention not only allows people who wear glasses to be provided with a glasses lens in the form of a lens which prevents the phenomenon of fogging resulting from changes in temperature, but also allows the provision of optical lenses having an excellent antifog function in diverse fields including telescope or microscope and camera lenses.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a platelet-type zirconium phosphate which has a P-OH group in the structure thereof, has a crystalline peak at a 2è value of 11.6±2 degrees in an X-ray diffraction analysis, and shows no crystalline peak at a 2è value of less than 11.6±2 degrees. The platelet-type zirconium phosphates prepared by the method of the present invention have a platelet structure and may be uniformly dispersed at the nanoscale in a film to exhibit excellent surface gloss and barrier capability.
