    Abstract: PURPOSE: To increase safety in usage, and improve usability by improving a tightening latch for a lashing strap to lash loads through two lock mechanisms. CONSTITUTION: This tightening latch for tightening and releasing a tightening belt comprises a bracket 1, a tightening lever 2, a wind-up sindle 4 holding ratchet wheels 3, 3', and two lock mechanisms. The ratchet wheels 3, 3' form a common locking member for both lock mechanisms. A drive lock mechanism which functions between the tightening lever 2 and the wind-up spindle 4 acts for driving rotation of the wind-up spindle 4. A reverse rotation preventing lock mechanism which functions between the bracket 1 and the wind-up spindle 4 prevents reverse rotation of the wind-up spindle 4. The reverse rotation preventing lock mechanism comprises the ratchet wheels 3, 3' and two separate locking sliders 5, 5'. The locking sliders 5, 5' can be alternately released from teeth by a releasing protrusion 37 additively formed on the tightening lever 2, thereby the tightening latch can be dissociated in steps.

A clamp having first and second clamping members having clamping surfaces, an actuation assembly comprising an actuation member coupled to at least one clamping member such that rotation of the actuation member, about a rotational axis, in a first rotational direction rotates the first and second clamping members relative to each other, wherein for a certain rotational position of the actuation member, the actuation member is moveable in a first axial direction relative to at least one clamping member and is coupled to the at least one clamping member such that said relative movement acts to urge the clamping surfaces closer together.

    Abstract: A device for measuring the tension in a tensioning belt comprises a retaining device for retaining a spring element, an elastically deformable spring element that is retained by the retaining device and on which a section of the tensioning belt can apply a force and elastically deform the spring element, the ends of the spring element being moved closer to one another when the tensioning force increases, and an electronic sensor unit. The sensor unit comprises a sensor system that measures the deflection of the spring element and generates a data signal, and a transmitter for transmitting the data signal to a receiving unit. The sensor system is situated at the ends of the spring element.
