CONSTITUTION: An integral valve for a fuel tank of a gaseous fuel vehicle comprises an integral housing(51) installed outside a fuel tank to keep airtightness, a valve assembly for feeding fuel installed in the integral housing, a valve assembly for exhausting fuel(58) formed in the integral housing, a return oil passage, and a fuel gauge installed in the integral housing. The valve assembly for fuel feed is equipped with an overcharge prevention valve and a float(53) interlocking with the over charge prevention valve. The valve assembly for exhausting fuel has a reverse flow-preventing check valve(56) and an overflow-preventing valve(57) to the outlet side exhausting fuel from the fuel tank to the engine side by the operation of a fuel pump(55).
