PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition which enhances skin rebirth is provided to enhance cell activation and to improve anti-wrinkle and elasticity. CONSTITUTION: A skin cosmetic composition contains 0.1-10 weight% of octacosanol and 0.1-30 weight% of Lepidium meyenii extract as an active ingredient. The octacosanol and Lepidium meyenii extract is mixed in a weight ratio of 1-9:9-1. The Lepidium meyenii extract is isolated using ethanol. The cosmetic composition is used in the form of skin, lotion, massage cream, nutrition cream, pack, gel, or ointment, patch, or spray.

CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for anti-aging contains 0.00001-1.0 weight% of pfaffia glomerata root juice and 0.00001-1.0 weight% of arginine PCA. The composition further contains 0.00001-10 weight% of oleanolic acid, ursolic acid, betacarotene, or retinol.

A polymer-liposome complex with various hydrophobic physiological materials solubilized by hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin is provided to secure the skin absorption promoting effect and the titer decrease preventing effect of a hydrophobic physiological active ingredient by supporting the hydrophobic physiological active ingredient in an inner aqueous phase of the complex using hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin. A polymer-liposome complex is characterized in that it comprises a liposome structure including a poly(methacrylic acid-co-n-alkyl methacrylate) random copolymer represented by the formula(1)(wherein n is from 11 to 22, and the molar ratio of x:y is 85:15-70:30) and a lipid layer, and a hydrophobic physiological active ingredient solubilized by hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin is supported at the inner phase of the liposome structure. The method comprises the steps of: (a) mixing the copolymer of the formula(1) and lipid with water and dissolving it with heating at a temperature of 50-70 deg.C; (b) mixing hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin and a hydrophobic physiological active ingredient with water and heating it at a temperature of 60-70 deg.C with solubilizing the hydrophobic physiological active ingredient using an emulsifier; (c) adjusting the pH of the solution obtained from the step(b) with an acid or a base to more than 7; (d) mixing the mixture solution obtained from the step(a) with the aqueous solution of the step(c) heated at a temperature of 50-70 deg.C and firstly dispersing it using an emulsifier; (e) nano-granulating the mixture solution obtained from the step(d) using a high pressure emulsifier; and (f) removing organic solvent used from the mixture solution obtained from the step(e) using a rotary evaporator.

본발명은하이드로겔입자를리피드가용해된유기용매에분산시켜제조하는리피드가코팅된하이드로겔입자및 그의제조방법에관한것이다. 본발명은기존하이드로겔코어베지클의제조방법과는다르게하이드로겔표면의화학적처리나희석과정없이유화방법을이용해효과적으로제조할수 있어대량생산이용이하고약물의봉입효율저하를극복할수 있다. 이방법을통해다양한유/수용성활성물질의전달체나세포구조모사연구에폭넓게활용될수 있다.
