본 발명은 안정화된 벤즈아미드(benzamide) 화합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 피부 외용제 조성물 및 그 벤즈아미드 화합물 안정화 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 조성물의 pH 범위를 pH 5 이하로 조절함으로써 벤즈아미드(benzamide) 화합물이 조성물 내에서 안정하게 존재하는 피부 외용제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 조성물 내에서는 유효성분인 벤즈아미드(benzamide) 화합물이 모두 수소화(protonation) 되어 있어 반응성이 떨어져 구조적으로 안정성이 극대화된다. 벤즈아미드(benzamide), pH, N-페닐벤즈아미드(N-Phenylbenzamide), 레즈베라-A(resvera-A, 3,5-Dihydroxy-N-(4-hydroxyphenyl)benzamide), t-부틸벤즈아미도 하이드록시벤즈아미드(t-butylbenzamido hydroxybenzamide), 2-하이드록시-N-페닐벤즈아미드(2-hydroxy-N-phenylbenzamide), t-부틸벤즈아미도 메틸하이드록시벤즈아미드(t-butylbenzamido methylhydroxybenzamide)

A cosmetic composition comprising melanoidin is provided to improve wrinkles, promote collagen synthesis, recover skin damaged by the light contact, and show excellent skin anti-aging and moisturizing effects. A cosmetic composition comprises maillard reaction products generated during the red ginseng preparation, wherein the maillard reaction products in which saponin and oil-soluble ingredients are removed are separated through a dialysis membrane into a first fraction and an extra-solution of the dialysis, and the extra-solution is separated through gel-chromatography into a second fraction and a third fraction. The first fraction comprises melanoidin polymer having a molecular weight of less than 4,800, xylose, glucose, arginine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, lysine, glycine and phenylalanine, the second fraction comprises maltulosyl arginine having a molecular weight of less than 4,000, serine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, alanine, lysine and arginine, and a third fraction comprises fructosyl arginine having a molecular weight of less than 2,000, xylose, fructose, glucose, glycine, serine, glutamic acid and aspartic acid. The dried weight of the maillard reaction products regarding the total cosmetic composition is 10^-8-50 wt.%.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing secoisolariciresinol is provided to obtain a cosmetic composition having good absorptivity to the user's skin and excellent activity of inhibiting the formation of reactive oxygen species. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing secoisolariciresinol comprises hydrolyzing flaxseed extract or secoisolariciresinol diglucoside separated therefrom. The hydrolysis is an acidic hydrolysis, alkaline hydrolysis or enzymatic hydrolysis. More particularly, the enzyme used in the enzymatic hydrolysis is selected from the group consisting of exo-glycolases and composite enzymes containing exo-glycolases. Further, the cosmetic composition contains the secoisolariciresinol in an amount of 0.0001 to 10 wt% based on the total weight of the composition.
