Abstract:
The present invention relates to a porous scaffold for cell culture which has a uniform size and can adjust a size of a stoma and a preparation method thereof. A porous scaffold according to the present invention has a uniform stoma size, excellent interaction, and an opened surface stoma thereby acting as a scaffold wherein a cell can be stably cultured and can freely adjust the size and a number of stomas of the porous scaffold thereby regulating growth environment of a cell. In addition, an opened surface stoma enables supply of nutrients, gas diffusion, metabolic waste removal, etc. to be easily made and strengthens distribution and viability of cells thereby providing environment appropriate for cell culture.

본 발명은 전도성 와이어를 사용한 직교 형태로 정렬된 튜브 형태의 나노섬유 지지체 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 나노섬유 지지체는 (a)고분자를 단독 또는 혼합하여 용매에 용해시켜 방사액을 제조하는 단계; (b) 전기방사기의 회전하는 드럼형 집전판과 콜렉터 사이에 전도성 와이어를 설치하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 고분자 용액을 전기 방사기를 이용하여 방사하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에서 제공하는 직교형태로 정렬된 튜브 형태의 나노섬유 지지체는 신경재생, 혈관재생 및 기타 조직재생을 빠르게 재생시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a scaffold for tissue regeneration having a double layer structure with gradient mineral concentration for cells to mount, proliferate, and grow between bones and muscles, and a preparation method thereof. The scaffold for tissue regeneration having the double layer structure of the present invention has an effect of effectively mounting cells between bones and muscles, and effectively regenerating damaged tissues by promoting the combination between bones and bones, and bones and muscles.
