Abstract: 본 발명은 다낭성 신장질환 치료제 및 이의 스크리닝 방법 등에 관한 것으로, 본 발명자들은 PKD1 결핍 세포에서 TAZ와 AXIN1의 상호작용이 TAZ와 함께 β-카테닌의 핵 내 축적을 유발함을 확인하고, PKD1 결핍 세포 또는 동물모델에서 TAZ와 AXIN1의 상호작용을 억제하는 경우, 신장의 낭포 형성이 완화됨을 확인함으로써, TAZ와 AXIN1의 상호작용 억제제를 다낭성 신장 질환의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
