Abstract: The present invention relates to a porous scaffold for cell culture which has a uniform size and can adjust a size of a stoma and a preparation method thereof. A porous scaffold according to the present invention has a uniform stoma size, excellent interaction, and an opened surface stoma thereby acting as a scaffold wherein a cell can be stably cultured and can freely adjust the size and a number of stomas of the porous scaffold thereby regulating growth environment of a cell. In addition, an opened surface stoma enables supply of nutrients, gas diffusion, metabolic waste removal, etc. to be easily made and strengthens distribution and viability of cells thereby providing environment appropriate for cell culture.
