Abstract:
A bio marker for diagnosing diabetic nephropathy is provided to identify the attack of the diabetic nephropathy from a human blood and the initial diagnosis and the progress stage of the diabetic nephropathy in diabetes. PURPOSE: A chemical sensor for detecting cyanide ions is provided to effectively detect cyanide ions by UV/vis spectrum change and color change. CONSTITUTION: A bisindole derivative has selectivity to cyanide ions and has a structure represented by chemical formula 1. A chemical sensor for detecting cyanide ions includes a bisindole derivative which is anchored on a mesoporous silica nanoparticle represented by chemical formula 3. The chemical sensor is manufactured in the shape of a disk pellet. A method for detecting cyanide ions includes the UV/vis spectrum change or color change of the chemical sensor including the bisindole derivative.

PURPOSE: A coumarin derivative with bivalent mercury ion selectivity is provided to ensure high solubility and high fluorescence intensity in low bivalent mercury ion concentration. CONSTITUTION: A coumarin derivative has a bivalent ion selectivity and is denoted by chemical formula 1. The coumarin derivative of chemical formula 1 is prepared by reacting a compound of chemical formula 2 with 1,2-ethandithiol according to reaction formula 1. The bivalent mercury ion is selectively detected using coumarin derivative of chemical formula 1. The detection of the bivalent mercury ion is performed by measuring UV ray absorbance of the coumarin derivative.

PURPOSE: Calix[4]arene derivatives are provided to obtain remarkable UV-vis absorbance change and fluorescence change when the calyx[4]arene derivatives form a complex with a fluorine ion(F^-) and to have excellent detection performance of the fluoride ion in an aqueous solution. CONSTITUTION: Calix[4]arene derivatives are marked by chemical formula 1 or chemical formula 2. The calix[4]arene derivatives have the selectivity for a fluoride ion(F^-). A method for detecting the fluorine ion detects the fluorine ion selectively using the calix[4]arene derivatives. The fluorine ion is detected through the measurement of color change of the combination of the calix[4]arene derivatives and the fluoride ion, UV-vis absorbance change, or fluorescence change.

CONSTITUTION: A rhodamine derivative has copper ion selectivity and is denoted by chemical formula 1. The rhodamine derivative is fixed on a platinum film for copper ion detection. The copper ion is detected using rhodamine derivative. The copper ion detection is performed by measuring UV/Vis absorbance or fluorescence change. The ion detection is performed in organic solvent or aqueous solution.

PURPOSE: A coumarin derivative including a copper ion detecting property is provided to use the derivative as a high-sensitivity fluorescence crane sensor for detecting copper ion with an excellent fluorescence emission phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: A coumarin derivative marked as the chemical formula 1 includes a copper ion detecting property. The coumarin derivative is produced by reacting 7-diethylaminocourmarin-3-aldehyde and 4-amino-5-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol. The detection of a copper ion is performed by measuring the change of fluorescence by the formation of a complex of the coumarin derivative and the copper ion. A selective detection method of the copper ion comprises the following steps: radiating a solution including a metal ion after adding a coumarin derivative solution to excite the solution; and measuring the fluorescence emitted from the solution.
