Abstract:
PURPOSE: Pyrene derivatives for detecting Cu(II) ion are provide to detect Cu(II) ions in a sample solution with selective and high sensitivity by causing excimer emission. CONSTITUTION: Pyrene derivatives are represented by chemical formula 1 and has Cu(II) ion selectivity. A method for preparing the pyrene derivatives comprises a step for preparing a pyrene derivative of chemical formula 1 by reacting 1-pyrenecarboxylic acid, dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and 8-aminoquinoline in the presence of a 4-(dimethylamino)pyridine catalyst.

본 발명은 플루오르 이온 선택성을 갖는 하기 화학식 (1) 또는 (2)의 칼릭스[4]아렌 유도체, 이를 제조하는 방법, 이를 이용한 플루오르 이온 검출 방법 및 형광화학센서에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 플루오르 이온 선택성을 갖는 상기 칼릭스[4]아렌 유도체가 플루오르 이온과 착물을 형성할 때 나타나는 UV-vis 흡광도 변화 또는 형광 방출 변화를 측정하여 상기 이온을 검출하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: Chemical dosimeter of coumarin-Cu(II) association is provided to selectively detect cyanide ion from the aqueous media as it clearly strengthen fluorescence compared to other anion class in an aqueous condition and be very useful even for the detection of small amount of cyanide ion by having a non-emitting fluorescence mechanism. CONSTITUTION: Chemical dosimeter of coumarin-Cu(II) association is indicated as chemical formula 1 and detects the cyanide ion. The compound of chemical formula 1 is produced as the compound of the chemical formula 2 and Cu(II) ion forms a complex. The compound of chemical formula 1 changes into the compound of chemical formula 3 as the cyanide ion unites with Cu(II) ion of the compound to form a complex of cyanide ion-copper ion in the existence of cyanide ion. The compound of chemical formula 3 tells the presence of cyanide ion among the detection object sample by emitting strong fluorescence.

PURPOSE: Calix[4]arene derivatives are provided to obtain remarkable UV-vis absorbance change and fluorescence change when the calyx[4]arene derivatives form a complex with a fluorine ion(F^-) and to have excellent detection performance of the fluoride ion in an aqueous solution. CONSTITUTION: Calix[4]arene derivatives are marked by chemical formula 1 or chemical formula 2. The calix[4]arene derivatives have the selectivity for a fluoride ion(F^-). A method for detecting the fluorine ion detects the fluorine ion selectively using the calix[4]arene derivatives. The fluorine ion is detected through the measurement of color change of the combination of the calix[4]arene derivatives and the fluoride ion, UV-vis absorbance change, or fluorescence change.
