Abstract:
본 발명은 생물학적 시료로부터 추출한 저질량 이온에 대해 생물통계학적 분석을 통하여 위암을 진단하기 위한 저질량 이온을 확인하고, 이 저질량 이온 질량 스펙트럼을 이용하여 위암을 진단할 수 있는 위암 진단 장치를 제공하는 것으로, 본 발명에서는, 위암 환자군을 각각 그 비환자군에 대해 강건하게 판별해 주는 판별식을 제안하고자 한다. 즉, 판별식을 도출하였던 훈련 집합뿐 아니라 이에 독립적인 검증 집합에 대해서도 매우 우수하며 강건한 판별 성능을 나타내는 판별식을 제안하고, 이를 구성하는 저질량 이온들을 확인하여 위암을 진단할 수 있는 위암 진단 장치를 제공한다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An apparatus for diagnosing gastric cancer is provided to reduce cost and time for analysis, and to implement the analysis on a large-scale. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for diagnosing gastric cancer includes a low-mass ion detecting part (1000), a gastric cancer diagnosing part (2000), and a display part (3000). The low-mass ion detecting part detects the mass spectrums of low-mass ions from biological specimens for the cases of multiple gastric cancer patients and non-patients. The gastric cancer diagnosing part determines gastric cancer diagnosis information through a comparative analysis for the mass spectrum patterns of the low-mass ions. The display part converts the gastric cancer diagnosis information into a form capable of being output, and displays the form. A kit for diagnosis of breast cancer containing Herceptin which is an antibody that specifically bind to HER2 and having detecting herceptin-sensitive HER2 over expressed cell is provided to accurately classify treatment subjects of Herceptin by determining whether HER2 over expressed cell has the sensitivity for herceptin or not. A kit for diagnosis of breast cancer to detect herceptin-sensitive HER2 over expressed cell comprises Herceptin that is specific to HER2 which is an epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) family and detects the expression grade of HER2 through the antigen-antibody bonding reaction. The antigen-antibody bonding reaction is immunohistochemical techniques.
