Abstract: PURPOSE: A traction type automatic battery exchange system with a falling prevention function for an electric vehicle is provided to previously prevent an accident by preventing a battery and a clamping device from falling. CONSTITUTION: An exchanging device includes a transfer frame (2), a traction device, a lifting rope, and a clamping device (5). The transfer frame is moved by a main transfer rail device. Abstract: PURPOSE: A variable guide sign including a rotation preventing unit is provided to allow a user to easily perform a work without a traffic jam and not to cause safety accidents in the malfunction of a display unit and in the exchange of component. CONSTITUTION: A variable guide sign(10) including a rotation preventing unit comprises a support(20), an elevation and rotator(70), a display unit(30), an elevation and rotation unit, and a rotation preventing unit. The elevation and rotation unit vertically elevates the elevation and rotator and the display unit on the support and is simultaneously rotated at a right angle direction. The rotation preventing unit prevents the display unit from being rotated due to external force while the display unit descends and vertically stands on a road.
