본 발명은 암모니아 및 과산화수소 가스 제거제 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 암모니아 제거효율과 과산화수소 분해효율을 향상시키기 위하여 암모니아 제거제로서의 황산구리-황산티타늄 및 과산화수소 분해 촉매제로서의 이산화망간 제조방법과 이를 사용한 암모니아 및 과산화수소 가스 제거제 및 그 장치에 관한 발명이다. 본 발명에 따른 암모니아 가스 제거제는 황산구리-황산티타늄의 혼합물로 이루어지고, 과산화수소 가스 분해 촉매제는 포타슘퍼망가네이트에 염산망간, 탄산칼륨을 혼합하여 제조되는 이산화망간을 활성 성분으로 하여 이루어진다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an ammonia and hydrogen peroxide gas remover and a device, and more specifically, to a manufacturing method of copper sulfate-sulfuric acid titanium as an ammonium remover and manganese dioxide as a hydrogen peroxide decomposition catalyst in order to improve a removing rate of ammonia and a decomposition rate of hydrogen peroxide; a remover of ammonia and hydrogen peroxide gas using the same; and the device thereof. The ammonia gas remover according to the present invention is composed of a mixture of copper sulfate-sulfuric acid titanium, and the hydrogen peroxide decomposition catalyst has, as an active ingredient, manganese dioxide manufactured by mixing hydrochloric acid manganese and potassium carbonate with potassium permanganate.

PURPOSE: Provided are a system for filtering and a method therefor which purify air contaminated by toxic contaminants to prepare breathable air by simultaneously using low temperature plasma and catalytic reaction instead of filter papers and activated adsorbents. CONSTITUTION: The system for air filtering comprises a plasma reactor generating low temperature plasma, a catalytic reactor filled up with an adsorbent or a catalyst and an absorption reactor absorbing and removing products generated by decomposing poisonous materials passing through the plasma reactor and the absorption reactor through decomposition of the low temperature plasma and catalytic reaction by using dielectric heat.
