Abstract: PURPOSE: A seed separation apparatus applied with a submergence method is provided to separate high-quality seeds with high densities from seed mixtures which have evenly fed, by inclined distribution unit, into liquid materials contained in a main body of the apparatus, using a conveyor system, thereby performing precise seed cleaning. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for separating submerged seeds comprises a main body(101) containing liquid; a hopper disposed at a side of the main body; a distribution unit connected to the bottom of the hopper for supplying seed mixtures supplied to the hopper to the main body; a transport unit discharging the particles dropping down from the liquid of the seed mixtures to the outside of the main body; and a foreign substance removing unit(150) applying ventilation to the particles floating on the liquid of the seed mixtures.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A punching apparatus for food ingredients including a temperature controller is provided to effectively process the food ingredients inserted into a housing by punching. CONSTITUTION: A punching apparatus for food ingredients comprises the following: a punching protrusion installed on the inner surface of a housing(110); a rotator located inside the housing; a motor installed on the outer surface of the housing, and connected to one side of the rotator; a controller(170) controlling the rotation speed of the motor, and measuring and controlling the temperature inside the housing; a temperature sensor(171) measuring the temperature inside the housing for controlling; a timer(176) using a multi-vibrator mode for controlling the operation time of the motor; a speed controller(174) controlling the rotation speed of the rotator; and a required power display unit(174). The temperature controller uses a rotation dial mode for controlling the internal temperature of the housing at 0-100 deg C.

Abstract: 본 발명은 채소결속장치에 관한 것으로, 부추, 미나리, 쪽파 등과 같은 채소를 결속컵에 공급하면 컨베이어를 따라 결속수단으로 이송되고 결속끈 공급수단에 준비된 결속끈은 S형상의 결속지지대의 하강과 함께 갈고리회전척이 회전되어 채소류가 결속되고, 결속된 채소는 회전돌기 타입의 결속끈마감수단에 의해 결속끈이 가지런히 눌려진 상태로 배출되도록 구성함으로써, 현재 일례로 부추채소농가에서 결속작업을 위해 1인이 300단 정도의 결속이 가능한 반면, 본 발명의 장치를 이용하면 일일 2,700단을 결속할 수 있어 종래대비 9배 정도의 작업능률이 예상되어 채소결속에 따른 인건비 부담을 혁신적으로 절감할 수 있는 특징이 있다.

Abstract: 본 발명은 핀접식 자동접목장치에 관한 것으로, 프레임부(11)의 상부면에 구동원에 의해 각기 연동되는 접수, 접목 및 대목컨베이어(1-3)를 설치하고, 트레이 형태로 접수 및 대목 플러그묘를 접수 및 대목컨베이어(1,3)에 제공하여 대목 플러그묘의 대목잎과 상단부를 제거한 한 상부에 접목핀(P)을 꽂아 준비하고, 접수 플러그묘의 하부를 절단하여 플러그묘와 분리하여 준비된 대목과 접합하도록 하는 일련의 작업의 자동화함으로써, 종래 최소 3인 1조 되어 시간당 345주의 접목이 가능한 것에 비하여 본 발명의 구조는 1인 작업자에 의해 시간당 1600주를 접목할 수 있는 것으로 확인되어 최소 10배 이상의 작업능률을 구현할 수 있는 특징이 있다.
