Abstract: A protein with antibody specificity against Bovine Tuberculosis-infected blood serum is provided to diagnose Bovine Tuberculosis and prevent spread of the Bovine Tuberculosis by improving specificity and sensitivity against the Bovine Tuberculosis. A protein with antibody specificity against Bovine Tuberculosis-infected blood serum represents a Mycobacterium bovis protein having amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1, 2 or 3. A method for purifying the protein comprises the following steps of: immersing proteins isolated from cultivated supernatant of the Mycobacterium bovis; partitioning the proteins using anion exchange resin chromatography; and selecting the proteins which are reacted to the Bovine Tuberculosis-infected blood serum.

Abstract translation: 提供具有针对牛结核病感染血清的抗体特异性的蛋白质以诊断牛结核病并通过改善对牛结核病的特异性和敏感性来预防牛结核病的传播。 具有针对牛结核病感染血清的抗体特异性的蛋白质代表具有SEQ ID NO：1,2或3的氨基酸序列的牛分枝杆菌蛋白质。纯化蛋白质的方法包括以下步骤：将从培养上清液中分离的蛋白质 的牛分枝杆菌; 使用阴离子交换树脂色谱分离蛋白质; 并选择与牛结核感染血清反应的蛋白质。
