Abstract:
본 발명은 말랑말랑한 식감을 살린 반건조 오디를 제조하는 식감이 향상된 반건조 오디의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 오디를 냉동시키는 예비동결단계와, 상기 예비동결된 오디를 진공동결건조기에 투입하여, 건조실 내 온도 30~40℃, 진공도 2~10mTorr의 조건에서 진공동결조하는 진공동결건조단계를 포함하는 식감이 향상된 반건조 오디의 제조방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 반건조 오디를 제공한다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a semi-dried mulberry is provided to improve color stability of C3G pigment by hot air drying the mulberry under a specific condition. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a semi-dried mulberry comprises a step of mixing sugar and mulberry; a step of adding citric acid into the mixture, measuring at 20-25 °C for 5-30 days, and separating the mulberry; a step of obtaining 35-45 wt% of a semi-dried mulberry by hot air drying the mulberry at 35-38 °C for 24-30 hours. The mixing ratio of the mulberry and sugar is 1:0.5-2. The use amount of the citric acid is 0.2-0.3 wt% based on the total weight of the mixture. Abstract:
A method for dyeing a silk fabric is provided to dye excellently the silk fabric without damaging the silk fabric and improve the antibiotic performance of the silk fabric, by using natural indigo dye. A submersion solution is prepared by submerging leaves in an acidic solution having pH of 4.0-5.0 at a temperature of 40-50°C. Air is supplied to the submersion solution to generate sediment in the submersion solution. The sediment is separated from the submersion solution. The separated sediment is dried to prepare indigo dye. The indigo dye and sodium hydrosulfate are mixed into water to prepare a dye mixed solution. A silk fabric is dyed by the dye mixed solution while the dye mixed solution has a temperature of 30-40°C.
