본 발명은 인체 및 식물체의 곰팡이병의 예방 및 치료제로 유용하게 사용될 수 있는 딱정벌레목에 속하는 흰점박이꽃무지( Protaetia brevitarsis )유충으로부터 분리된 새로운 항진균펩타이드 유전자, 상기 항진균펩타이드 및 그의 유도체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 상기 항진균펩타이드 유전자의 유도체는 인체 및 식물체의 곰팡이병 예방 및 치료제로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing transgenic Drosophila in which acetylcholinesterase is introduced is provided to obtain an insect model for identifying human nervous disease. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing transgenic Drosophila in which Musca sp. acetylcholinesterase is introduced comprises: a step of inserting a gene encoding the acetylcholinesterase into a transition vector; and a step of introducing the transition vector to Drosophila. The Musca sp. includes Musca albina, Musca amita, Musca autumnalis, Musca biseta, Musca crassirostris, Musca domestica, Musca larvipara, Musca lucidula, Musca sorbens, and Musca Osiris. The transgenic Drosophila is Drosophila melanogaster.

본 발명은 동애등에( Hermetia illucens ) 유충 추출물을 포함하는 식물병원균 방제용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 동애등에 유충 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 식물병원균 방제용 및 사료 첨가제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 동애등에 유충 추출물은 식물병원균에 대해 항균활성을 보이므로, 상기 동애등에 유충 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 식물병원균 방제용 조성물 및 비료 첨가제 조성물의 제조에 효과적이다.

The present invention relates to a composition comprising an extract from larvae of Hermetia illucens for controlling plant pathogenic fungi, and more specifically, to the composition comprising an extract from larvae of Hermetia illucens as an effective component for controlling plant pathogenic fungi and for feed additives. The extract from larvae of Hermetia illucens of the present invention shows an antibacterial activity for plant pathogenic fungi, therefore, is effective at manufacturing a composition for controlling plant pathogenic fungi and a composition for feed additives comprising the extract from larvae of the Hermetia illucens as an effective component.

PURPOSE: A primer and probe for real time PCR for diagnosing Wolbachia infection is provided to quickly and accurately diagnose infection. CONSTITUTION: A forward primer for real time PCR for diagnosing Wolbachia is denoted by sequence number 1. A reverse primer for real time PCR is denoted by sequence number 2. A probe for diagnosing Wolbachia is denoted by sequence number 3. The primer and probe are obtained by amplifying 16r RNA in a genome DNA of Wolbachia bacteria and selecting most specific site.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for raising black soldier fly is provided to obtain compost with good quality by processing food waste and livestock excretion without bad smell and to massively produce the larva of the black soldier fly. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for raising black soldier fly comprises: a spawning chamber in which the imago of the black soldier fly spawns; an incubation room which cultivates the spawned egg into the imago; a breeding room(10) which is equipped with a control room controlling humidity and air condition of the spawning chamber; a temperature control part(20) which regularly maintaining the temperature of the spawning room and the incubation room; a humidity control part controlling the humidity of the inner part of the breeding room; an air purification part; and an air circulation part(50) circulating the purified air by inhaling external air.
