    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing transgenic Drosophila in which acetylcholinesterase is introduced is provided to obtain an insect model for identifying human nervous disease. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing transgenic Drosophila in which Musca sp. acetylcholinesterase is introduced comprises: a step of inserting a gene encoding the acetylcholinesterase into a transition vector; and a step of introducing the transition vector to Drosophila. The Musca sp. includes Musca albina, Musca amita, Musca autumnalis, Musca biseta, Musca crassirostris, Musca domestica, Musca larvipara, Musca lucidula, Musca sorbens, and Musca Osiris. The transgenic Drosophila is Drosophila melanogaster.
