Abstract: PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent compound has excellent luminous efficiency without using a hole-blocking layer and improves power efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent compound is represented by chemical formula 1-4. In the chemical formulas, each of X1 and X2 is CRO or N; at least one or more of X1 and X2 is N; each of Ar1, Ar2, and Ar3 is hydrogen, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-30 aryl group; or a substituted or unsubstituted 5-60 membered heteroaryl; each of L1, L2, and L3 is a single bond or a substituted or unsubstituted C6-30 arylene; each of A, B, C, and D ring is a substituted or unsubstituted C6-30 aromatic ring or a substituted or unsubstituted 5-60 membered aromatic hetero ring; and E has a structure represented by chemical formula 5.
