    Abstract: PURPOSE: A compound for organic electro material is provided to prevent crystallization upon manufacturing a device because of high electron transfer efficiency and to improve electricity efficiency by while degrading the driving voltage of an OLED device because of excellent layer formation. CONSTITUTION: A compound for organic electro material is represented by chemical formula 1. An organic electroluminescence device comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, and one or more organic material layer which is interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The organic material layer comprises: one or more amine-based compound selected from an arylamine-based compound or styrylarylamine-based compound; a complex compound which comprises one or more metals selected from group 1, group 2, period 4, period 5, transition metals, lanthanum metals, and organic metals of d-transition elements, or a metal; or a mixture thereof.
