Abstract: A bonding method and a method of manufacturing an organic electroluminescent display device using the same are provided to weld a flexible film and a supporting film uniformly by forming a metal layer on the flexible film and the supporting film. A supporting film(10) and a flexible film(20) are provided. A first metal layer(31) is formed in the single-side of the supporting film. The second metal layer(32) is formed in the single-side of the flexible film. The first metal layer and the second metal layer are washed through a first cleaning process, a second cleaning process and a third cleaning process. The first metal layer and the second metal layer are welded to each other through a first soldering process, a second soldering process, a first middle washing process and a second middle washing process. The first metal layer and the second metal layer comprise one among iron, nickel, tin, zinc, chrome, cobalt, silicon, magnesium, titanium, zirconium, aluminium, silver, copper or alloy of the same.

Abstract: An organic light-emitting device and manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify manufacturing processes and reduce a fabrication cost and improve prevention of penetrating oxygen and moisture. An organic light-emitting device(10) comprises: a substrate(11); an organic light-emitting device(20) which is equipped on the substrate and includes a first electrode(21), a second electrode(25) and a light-emitting layer(23) equipped between a first electrode and a second electrode; and a passivation layer(30) covering the organic light-emitting device. The passivation layer comprises an organic layer an organic layer(31) and inorganic layer(35). In the interface of the organic layer and inorganic layer, an intermixing domain(33) of an inorganic material and organic material exists.
