PURPOSE: A pixel circuit and an organic electroluminescent display device are provided to compensate for the dropping of the threshold voltage of a driving transistor. CONSTITUTION: A driving transistor includes a first electrode and a second electrode and outputs a driving current by a voltage applied to a gate electrode. The second electrode of the driving transistor is connected to the gate electrode of the driving transistor and a first electrode connected to the second electrode of a fourth transistor and the second electrode of the fifth transistor.

PURPOSE: A driving method of a touch screen display device, a recording medium recording the driving method and touch screen display device are provided to exactly draw a touch location of an object by removing noise from a sensing signal provided from an optical sensor according to noise determining reference which is updated in real time in real time. CONSTITUTION: A touch sensor generates an input signal by touching an object(S11). The input signal is transformed into an output signal including one or more disable section with an enable section(S12). A noise determining standard of a sensing signal provided from an optical sensor is updated during disable of the output signal(S13).

PURPOSE: A light sensing circuit, a touch panel comprising the same, and a driving method of the light sensing circuit are provided to accurately judge the brightness of light incident to the photo diode by removing current components generated by the peripheral temperature. CONSTITUTION: A photo diode(D1) includes anode and cathode electrodes, and generates current by receiving light from the outside. An amplification unit(10) amplifies the current generated from the photo diode, and a voltage compensating unit(20) adjusts the electric potential of the cathode electrode of the photo diode according to the peripheral temperature. The voltage compensating unit comprises a dark diode(D2) in which light is blocked from the outside, a voltage generating unit(21) outputting compensating voltage according to the current generated from the dark diode, and a capacitor(C1).

PURPOSE: A display apparatus is provided to distinguish contact through a separate device and distinguish a contact location by an optical sensor. CONSTITUTION: An optical layer is arranged on the second substrate(102). The optical layer includes a plurality of pixels and an optical sensor array layer(100). The pixels display an image. The optical sensor array layer detects a touch location on the display device. A touch detecting unit detects whether the display device is detected.

CONSTITUTION: A cathode electrode is connected to a second power source in an organic light emitting diode. A first transistor(M1) controls the amount of currents flowing from a first power source to the second power source through the organic light emitting diode. A second transistor(M2) is connected between a data line and the first electrode of the first transistor. A storage capacitor(Cst) is connected between the first power source and the gate electrode of the first transistor. A plurality of third transistors is connected between the gate electrode of the first transistor and a second electrode.

PURPOSE: A light sensor circuit, a driving method thereof, and a touch screen panel having the same are provided to maximize the light reception region of a light reception device by minimizing the number of power lines and signal lines when designing a light sensor circuit. CONSTITUTION: A photo diode(PD) is connected to a first power source, and a capacitor(C) is connected between the light reception device and a second power source. A gate electrode is connected to a first electrode of the capacitor in a first transistor(T1), and the first transistor is connected between a selection signal line and the first electrode of the second transistor. The gate electrode is connected to the selection signal line in a second transistor(T2). The second transistor is connected the second electrode and an output signal line in the first transistor. The gate electrode is connected to an initialization power source in a third transistor which is connected between the second power source and the output signal line.

The photodiode collects light from the outside and generates current. The photodiode comprises a cathode electrode and an anode electrode. The driving transistor amplifies the generated current. The capacitor stores a voltage level of data signal, which is transferred to the driving transistor. The first switching transistor compensates the threshold voltage of the driving transistor in response to the current scan signal. The second switching transistor transfers a voltage level of data signal in response to the current scan signal. The second switching transistor presently transfers data signal of the voltage level above statement in response to the scan signal.
