Abstract: A dual camera module package is provided to simplify a process and an operation of assembling 2 camera modules on a substrate so that the camera modules can turn towards an opposite direction or the same direction, thereby improving working productivity as minimizing component damage during assembly of the camera module. A substrate(101) has the first and second module mounting units(101a,101b) in one section, respectively, and is equipped with a main connector(101c) coupled with a main substrate in the other section. The first camera module(110) is electrically connected to one of the first and second module mounting units(101a,101b) via the first sub connector(102). The second camera module(120) is electrically connected to the rest of the first and second module mounting units(101a,101b).

Abstract: 본 발명은 화상 카메라등의 이미지 촬상 장치에 사용되는 카메라 모듈에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은, 본 발명은, 화상 카메라등의 이미지 촬상 장치에 사용되는 카메라 모듈에서, 렌즈부와 FPCB를 일체로 고정하는 하우징; 상기 렌즈부에 근접 배치되는 발광 리드; 그리고 상기 발광 리드를 하우징에 일체로 고정시키기 위한 리드 고정수단;을 포함하여 발광 리드를 하우징에 일체화시키도록 구성되는 개선된 하우징 구조를 갖는 카메라 모듈을 제공한다.
본 발명에 의하면, 발광 리드(Flash Led)를 하우징에 일체로 고정하는 구조를 채택함으로써 제품의 소형화를 이룰 수 있고, 재료비의 절감은 물론, 간단한 작업공정을 통하여 제작 단가를 낮출 수 있는 효과가 얻어진다.
