Abstract: An array substrate and a display panel having the same are provided to reduce a short generation rate at an area where a data line is formed, and perform a repair operation easily when short occurs in a channel area, thereby preventing malfunction of the display panel. A gate line(GL) transmits a gate signal. A data line(DL) defines a pixel area by crossing the gate line to be insulated, and transmits a data signal. A pixel electrode(170) is formed in the pixel area to be electrically connected with the TFT, and receives the data signal through the channel area. Abstract: A wireless earphone set is provided to transmit and receive voice signals by wireless using a short range wireless communication module and to execute a high-quality call by using a bone conduction microphone. Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically adjusting audio/radio signals in a mobile communication terminal is provided to lower volume into volume of a preset level when a call is originated or received while a user listens to the audio/the radio signals, so as to make the call as listening to music. CONSTITUTION: A duplexer(112) has a separator for converting data, transceived when a voice call or data communication is performed, into transmission bands. The separator receives signals having radio frequency bands to output the signals. A radio receiver(117) receives a signal having a predetermined frequency by a first control signal, among radio frequencies received from the separator, and converts the received signal into an electrical voice signal to output the electrical voice signal. A voice processor(116) decodes data received from the duplexer(112) to convert the decoded data into an electrical voice signal, and codes the electrical voice signal to output the coded voice signal to the duplexer(112). A voice volume controller(118) controls volume of the output voice signal of the voice processor(116) by a second control signal, and outputs the volume-controlled voice signal to a speaker(SPK). A radio volume controller(124) controls volume of the outputted voice signal of the radio receiver(117) by a third control signal, and outputs the volume-controlled voice signal to the speaker. A memory(121) stores radio listening volume values when a radio listening bit and a voice call are performed. A controller(111) generates the first/the second/the third control signals, and checks the stored radio listening bit when a call is originated or received. If the radio listening bit is set up, the controller(111) generates the third control signal according to the radio listening volume values to control a speech mode.
