CONSTITUTION: An organic electro-luminescent panel includes a data line, a scan line, a first current supplying line, a second current line, a switching device, an organic electro-luminescent device and a driving device. The first current supplying line transfers the first power voltage applied through one terminal thereof by being expanded along a first direction. The second current line is expanded along a second direction and connected to the first current supplying line for transferring the second power voltage. One terminal of the switching device is connected to the data line and the second terminal of the switching device is connected to the scan line for turning on/off the data signal through the third terminal thereof in response to the scan signal. The organic electro-luminescent device emits the light corresponding to the amount of the applied current. One terminal of the driving device is connected to the other terminal of the organic electro-luminescent device, the second terminal of the driving device is connected to the first current supplying line. And, the switching device controls the light emission of the organic electro-luminescent device by controlling the flow of the current from the one terminal to the second terminal or from the second terminal to the one terminal in response to the on/off of the data signal inputted through the third terminal of the switching device.
