PURPOSE: A multi cell multi user based precoding method and a communication device are provided to arrange an effective interference channels on the same space of a terminal devices including an interference base station. CONSTITUTION: An effective reference channel arrangement unit(1001) arranges an effective reference channels of a terminal devices including a cell boundary area of an interference base station in the same space. By using effective interference channels of an interference base station is arranged in the same space, a receiving beam forming generation unit(1002) generates a receiving beam forming vector of a terminal devices including in a cell boundary area of a serving base station. By using effective interference channel of the serving base station and a base vector of effective interference channels of an interference base station arranged in the same space, a precoder(1003) generates a predocing vector of a terminal devices including the cell boundary are of the serving base station.

PURPOSE: A reference signal allocation method at the multicell environment, a management method, a network device applied with method thereof, and a terminal are provided to efficiently assign the reference signal pattern to a plurality of femto cells through the long-term coordination of the central control unit. CONSTITUTION: A central control unit receives the femto cell information from a network device located one or more femto cells which are adjacent to one or more neighbor cell respectively(504). The central control unit receives the reference signal reuse pattern information request signal from the network device of the femto cell(506). The central control unit transmits the reference signal reuse pattern information allocated according to the selected standards to the network device(508). The reference signal reuse pattern information is allocated with the selected standards for the adjacent cell and the femto cell located in the multicell environment to the time-sharing method.

PURPOSE: A communication system for inter cell cooperation is provided to receive a sounding signal which is transmitted from a macro terminal by supplying wireless resource information. CONSTITUTION: Information of a macro terminal is received from a macro base station. The macro terminal detects the sounding signal which is transmitted from the macro terminal by using sounding signal. A macro terminal estimates a channel between small base station and a macro terminal based on the sounding signal. A channel between small base stations is presumed. The information about the presumed channel is processed in order to control transmission power.

PURPOSE: A terminal and a base station, and an operating method of the terminal are provided to generate CSI(Channel State Information) for a channel between a serving base station and the terminal, thereby feeding back PMI(Precoding Matrix Index) and the CSI to the serving base station. CONSTITUTION: A feedback unit(416) transmits the first channel information and the second channel information. The first channel information is related with the first channel between the serving base station and a terminal based on the first reference signal transmitted from a serving base station. The second channel information is related to the second channel between the base station and the terminal of the adjacent cell based on the second reference signal transmitted from a base station of an adjacent cell.

PURPOSE: A transmitter for frequency domain equalization and a receiver are provided to select pilots properly without reducing frequency efficiency and the distortion of a signal. CONSTITUTION: A transmitter for frequency domain equalization comprises a pilot position determining unit(230) and a pilot insertion unit(240). The pilot position determining unit determines the insertion location of pilots in a frequency domain based on frequency spectrums of data and distortion power of data in case the pilots are inserted. According to the determined insertion location of the pilots, the pilot insertion unit inserts the pilots between the frequency spectrums of data.
