PURPOSE: An image searching method using a unique identifier of meta data and apparatus thereof are provided to search for an original image in a device through a feature value of an image. CONSTITUTION: It is determined whether a unique identifier exists in meta data of an input image(620). A unique identifier searches for an original image in a target device through the unique identifier(630). A feature value of the input image is extracted in case the unique identifier does not exist(640). The original image is searched for by comparing a feature value of the image(650).

PURPOSE: A data display method and device thereof are provided to efficiently arrange and display search data by arranging search data to be corresponded to a coordinate axis. CONSTITUTION: A search unit searches for a target content. The target content is matched with first coordinate information and second coordinate information. A controller(130) shows the target content corresponding to first and second coordinates. The search unit includes a keyword determining unit that determines a search keyword, a first searching unit(124) that searches for keyword related content, and a second searing unit(126) that searches for the target content.

PURPOSE: A service providing device and recommendation method are provided to rapidly supply a related service by using a user metadata. CONSTITUTION: A receiver(1210) receives content meta data. Based on received content metadata and at least one user metadata, a controller(1230) determines a related service and provided the determined related service. A display unit(1250) displays an UI(User Interface) for designating at least one user metadata. The controller combines the determined content metadata and a user metadata appointed from the UI to determine the related service. The controller searches the related service to display a web page for providing the searched related service.

PURPOSE: A content providing method and electronic device applying the same are provided to optimally utilize devices which a user owns by supplying content to an electronic device based on the attribute of content. CONSTITUTION: An electronic book requests the content purchase to a CP server(S310). After CP server generates an authentication key, the authentication key is transmitted to a mobile phone(S320). The user inputs the authentication key which is received to the mobile phone to the electronic book. The electronic book returns the authentication key to the CP server(S330). The CP server determines a device that transmits content based on content attribute(S340).

PURPOSE: A metal wiring forming method of a semiconductor device, capable of preventing the formation of a void is provided to prevent the hillock of a copper wiring due to the thermal and mechanical stresses by implementing heat process twice. CONSTITUTION: A copper layer is formed on a semiconductor substrate(S1). The copper layer is heat-treated in a first temperature(S2). The copper layer is heat-treated in a second temperature(S3). The copper wiring is formed by patterning the copper layer(S4). An anti oxidation layer is formed on the copper wiring in the third temperature(S5).

A pipeline test apparatus for a semiconductor device is provided to decrease the total test time to be required to test semiconductor devices of the bulk and reduce the test cost by testing with the pipeline architecture according to each test item. A pipeline test apparatus for a semiconductor device comprises a test board(210), a plurality of sockets(221,222,223), and test samples. The plurality of sockets comprising test stages of a group according to each test item is mounted on a test board. The test samples are mounted to sockets of the test stage of the group and are tested at the same time in the corresponding test item.

An apparatus and a method for providing supplementary information of media contents are provided to control and variably display the supplementary information, related to digital contents, by a user and use the displayed information during reproduction, thereby maximizing inherent characteristics of the contents included on the media and accordingly improving an added value of the contents. A media source unit(110) receives media and supplementary information from a local file or a mobile storage medium or a network, and transmits the received media and supplementary information into the inside. A media renderer unit(130) displays the inputted media to a user. A supplementary information analyzing unit(120) analyzes the inputted supplementary information. A smart progress bar(140) controls reproduction of the medial by using the analyzed supplementary information. A supplementary information renderer unit(150) displays the supplementary information to the user under control of the smart progress bar. The smart progress bar performs a control operation so as to display a preview pop-up area, for previewing the supplementary information, on the media renderer unit according to user setup. The smart progress bar moves an index of the supplementary information in a section unit by the user.

A method and a system for classifying scenes according to video persons are provided to classify persons in a scene unit by using temporal information in video data, thereby providing a story view by person. A method for classifying scenes according to video persons comprises the following steps of: detecting a face for inputted video frames(410); detecting shot conversion for the inputted video frames(420); extracting a person representative frame within a shot(430); performing person clustering based on temporal information in the extracted person representative frame(440); detecting scene conversion by separately comparing a person and a background based on face extraction information(450); and performing scene clustering by person by merging similar clusters from the extracted person representative frame(460).
