본 발명은 SDME방법을 CE 및 MS 방법에 접목시켜 시료의 전처리와 분리분석을 한번에 수행하면서도 고감도로 분석할 수 있는 SDME-CE-MS 결합 시스템에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명은, MS(질량분석기) 오리피스(orifice)쪽으로 향하는 모세관 끝에 억셉터 용액을 담은 아웃렛 바이얼을 두고, 모세관 내에 억셉터 용액을 주입하여 채우는 단계; 옥탄올을 모세관에 소량 주입 후, 모세관 주입부 끝을 도우너 용액(시료용액)에 담그는 단계; 모세관에 주입된 옥탄올을 모세관 주입부쪽으로 끌어당겨 모세관 끝에 방울을 형성하는 단계; 상기 도우너 용액으로부터 상기 방울내로 시료를 추출하는 단계; 시료가 농축된 방울내의 억셉터 용액에 압력을 가하여 추출된 시료를 모세관에 주입하고, 주입부의 모세관을 런 버퍼에 담그고 분리 전압을 가하는 단계; 추출된 시료를 CE-MS를 연동하여 분석하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SDME-CE-MS 결합 시스템을 제공한다. Abstract:
The present invention relates to technology which extracts a specimen in a microextraction method without droplets in capillary electrophoresis and analyzes. The present invention does not form micro-droplets at the end of capillaries but forms an organic layer membrane at the end of capillaries thereby using a 3-phase method or uses a 2-phase method which fills some specimens such as pentanol into the end portion of the capillaries and collects the specimens herein thereby performing electrophoresis. According to the present invention, efforts for a droplets-forming process and maintenance are not required and analysis is simply and automatically performed. In addition, by using various differences of 2-phase, 3-phase, an acceptor, and a donor, it is possible to variously expand the use of droplets microextraction.

The composition additionally contains one or more among vitamin, mineral and a blood circulation improving agent. PURPOSE: An access floor panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a height between floors by remarkably reducing the capacity and size of an air conditioning system. CONSTITUTION: An access floor panel(100) comprises a finishing panel(10), an upper support panel(20), a pipeline(30), a pipeline guide panel(40), an insulation material(50), and a lower support panel(60). The upper support panel touches the finishing panel. The pipeline touches the upper support panel at the opposite side of the finishing panel. The pipeline guide panel touches the pipeline and the upper support panel. The gap between the pipeline guide panel and the lower support panel is filled with the insulation material. The lower support panel supports the pipeline guide panel and comprises multiple convex portions(6011) protruded toward the pipeline guide panel.
