Abstract: 본 발명은 데하이드로글리아스페린 디(dehydroglyasperin D; DHGA-D)를 유효성분으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부질환 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, DHGA-D가 MMP-1과 직접 결합하여, MMP-1의 활성을 감소시키고, S-UV 조사에 의해 증가한 MMP-1의 발현을 억제함이 확인되었다. 또한, S-UV의 조사에 의해 증가한 COX-2의 발현과 p38과 JNK의 인산화를 감소시키는 효과도 확인되었다. 따라서, 본 발명의 DHGA-D는 피부질환 예방 또는 치료용 조성물로 개발되어 사용될 수 있다.
