Abstract:
PURPOSE: A wave propagation junction structure, and a wave diode and half adder using the structure are provided to selectively combine waves propagated from different wave propagation structures by changing a unique energy level through an energy transformation means. CONSTITUTION: A first wave propagation structure has a first unique wave set and a first unique energy potential orthogonal to each other. A second wave propagation structure has a second unique wave set and a second unique energy potential orthogonal to each other. The second wave propagation structure is combined with the first wave propagation structure. An energy transformation means transforms at least one of the first unique energy potential and the second unique energy potential.

PURPOSE: A biomolecule analyzer with a V-shaped groove array and an analysis method are provided to quickly and selectively analyze biomolecules. CONSTITUTION: A biomolecule analyzer comprises a groove array with ultrafine holes at a base. The V-shaped groove array is an array with a pyramid shape or conical shape. The biomolecule is DNA, RNA, PNA, protein, sugar, or glycoprotein. The biomolecule analyzer is coated with gold, silver, copper, aluminum, platinum, silicone, or a mixture thereof. The biomolecule analyzer further comprises a current generator and a light generator.

본 발명은 근거리장 주사 광학 현미경에 관한 것으로서, 원뿔 형상을 갖는 탐침부와, 탐침부에 새겨지는 격자부 및 탐침부의 양면에 입사되는 광원부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 근거리장 주사 광학 현미경은 탐침부의 양면에 각각 입사되는 광원을 조절하여 전기물질 또는 자기물질에 대한 탐구가 가능하다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A lithography system and a lithography method are provided to obtain a microstructure with a high resolution by transferring modulated light along the flow of a photo-curable fluid. CONSTITUTION: A photo-curable fluid flows through a microfluidic channel(110). A light projection unit supplies light which is transferred along the flow of the photo-curable fluid to the microfluidic channel. The light projection unit includes light source(160) and a spatial light modulator(150). The spatial light modulator modulates light from the light source. The speed of the light is the same as the speed of the photo-curable fluid.
