Abstract:
PURPOSE: A nanoparticle containing a linker which is linked to a long alkane or alkene chain and a method for preparing the same are provided to easily introduce various ligands to the nanoparticles. CONSTITUTION: A nanoparticle containing a linker which is linked to a long alkane or alkene chain has an alkane or alkene part(R) of an alkane or alkene-introduced ligand(R-A-L) of chemical formula 1 coated on the surface of hydrophobic nanoparticles by non-covalent bond. A method for preparing the same comprises: a step of removing organic solvent from the hydrophobic nanoparticles dissolved in the organic solvent or mixing the hydrophobic nanoparticles with the compound of chemical formula 1, PEG derivatives, and a solution containing detergent; and a step of dissolving the mixture.

PURPOSE: A triazanonan derivative and a method for preparing the same are provided to form a complex with metal-fluoride and to be used in various radioactive chemical labelings. CONSTITUTION: A triazanonan derivative for F-18 labeling is denoted by chemical formula 1. An atomic group with biological activity is octreotide, bombesin, vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP), cholecystokinin, neurotensin, EGF, VEFG, RGD, CXCR4 ligand, substance P or MMP(matrix metalloproteinase). A radioactive chemical used for an imaging device for diagnosis contains the compound of chemical formula 1 and F-18 complex as an active ingredient.

본 발명은 허혈성 조직 영상을 위한 플루오르-18 표지 트리아자노난 유도체 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 트리아자노난 유도체 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염은 금속 및 F-18과 팔면체 구조로 안정하게 착체를 형성하여 F-18을 80-90%의 우수한 수율로 표지할 수 있으므로 양전자 방출 방사선 의약품 제조시, 유용하게 사용될 수 있어, 간질, 뇌혈관 질환, 각종 암, 뇌신경계질환 및 관상동맥질환 등을 판단하는 양전자 단층촬영에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
