Abstract: 본발명은분리막수처리공정에서분리막표면에서의생물막오염을유발하는원인중 하나인미생물의정족수감지를억제하여서생물막형성을억제하기위한기술에관한것으로서, 보다상세하게는이종간정족수감지용신호분자를불활성화시키는기능을갖는신규한미생물, 이를투과성담체의내부에고정화시킨미생물고정화용기및 상기미생물고정화용기를포함하는분리막수처리장치/공정에관한것이다. 본발명의미생물은그람음성박테리아와그람양성박테리아에서공통적으로사용되는정족수감지용신호분자를불활성화시킬수 있으므로그람음성박테리아와그람양성박테리아가모두관여될수 밖에없는분리막생물반응조공정에서의생물막오염을보다효과적으로억제시킬수 있다.

Abstract: The present invention provides an iso-pore separator membrane having pores with uniform sizes and shapes formed repeatedly which penetrate a polymer layer contacting with treated fluid. Also the present invention provides a method for manufacturing the iso-pore separator membrane above comprising the steps of: forming the laminate of a mold and a polymer layer by applying a polymer solution onto the mold having a repetitive irregular pattern on a surface thereof; and forming pores with uniform sizes and shapes penetrating the polymer layer after removing part of the mold and the polymer layer by cutting the laminate of a mold and a polymer layer in the direction of lamination.
