PURPOSE: A composition for preventing or treating alopecia caused by anticancer therapy and a method for preventing or treating alopecia are provided to reduce hair follicle dystrophy and the generation of side effects, to promote primary hair recovery, and to maximize therapeutic effects by preventing and/or suppressing alopecia caused by side effects when the composition is used with anticancer therapy. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating alopecia due to chemotherapy and radiotherapy for anticancer contains one or more telogen and/or catagen inducers. The telogen or catagen inducer is selected from a group consisted of epidermal growth factor (EGF), tumor necrosis factor (TGF-beta), dexamethasone, lipid peroxide, interferon-gamma, retinoic acid, and E2 (estrogen). A method for preventing or treating alopecia caused by chemotherapy and radiotherapy for anticancer comprises the step of topically administering the one or more telogen and/or catagen inducers on patient's scalp. A method for preventing or treating alopecia caused by chemotherapy and radiotherapy for anticancer is induction of hair cell growth cycle to telogen and/or catagen.

PURPOSE: A laser irradiation system and a robot laser irradiator thereof are provided to precisely irradiate the desired amount of laser regardless of the operator's skills. CONSTITUTION: A laser irradiation system and a robot laser irradiator thereof comprises a laser irradiator(100) to irradiate laser on the surface of the irradiated substance; a photographing device(200); a display unit(300) which displays photographed image by the photographing device; and a controlling unit(400) connected to the photographing device and the display unit. The controlling unit displays the area after classifying it whether the area was irradiated by the laser irradiator or not on the display unit by receiving the travel direction and the distance of the laser irradiator.

PURPOSE: A method for generating a heat protection factor is provided to generate a heat protection factor, thereby objectively evaluating an effect of a cosmetic product including heat protection materials. CONSTITUTION: A first area spread with heat protection materials and a second area which is no the heat protection materials are heated respectively(S1). Saturation temperature of the first area is measured(S3). The saturation temperature of the second area is measured. An energy corresponding to heat heated in the first area is divided into the saturation temperature of the first area for calculating a first energy(S5). The energy corresponding to heat heated in the second area is divided into the saturation temperature of the second area for calculating a second energy. A heat protection factor of the heat protection materials is calculated by dividing the first energy into the second energy(S6). PURPOSE: A composition of external use skin formulation for anti-aging and moisturizing is provided to suppress MMP(matrix metalloprotease) increase. CONSTITUTION: A composition of external use skin formulation contains 0.001-10 weight% of 11,14,17-Eicosatrienoic acid(ETA) as an active ingredient. ETA is contained in oil phase. The composition is used for preventing aging through reduction of collagenase expression. The composition is also used for skin moisturizing by suppressing skin barrier damage.
