Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for forming inorganic layer is provided to perform additional process(annealing) at low temperature in a short time and to save preparation cost. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming inorganic material layer comprises: a step of forming source layer of inorganic material on a substrate; a step of patterning the source layer; and a step of annealing the source layer by laser to change into inorganic layer. The source layer contains inorganic material precursor, solubilizing agent, and solvent. The substrate is a glass substrate.

본 발명은 바이오칩을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 템플레이트 표면에 기능성 효소를 포함하는 적층형태의 조립체인 3차원 나노구조물을 형성하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 본 발명은 마이크로-콘택트 프린팅(micro-contact printing) 방식을 이용하여 패턴화시킨 템플레이트 표면에 기능성 효소를 포함하는 적층형태의 조립체인 3차원 나노구조물을 정밀하게 제조함으로써, 바이오칩의 감도를 고도로 높이고 비특정 흡착이 발생하지 않도록 하여 바이오 센서의 신뢰성을 높이도록 한다.
Abstract:
A fluorescence resonance energy transfer(FRET) system which is very sensitive and highly efficient compared to conventional systems is provided to be used for manufacturing a sensitive FRET-based sensor and used as a useful manufacturing material for assembling a novel and functional nano-structure by low accepter to donor ratio in the mono-molecule level. The FRET system comprises a quantum dot such as CdSe/ZnS core shell QD as a donor, and a DNA which is labeled with Alexa 594 fluorophore as an accepter. The method for preparing a QD-DNA conjugate comprises the steps of: (a) capping the QD using MPA to prepare an MPA-QD; (b) removing excessive and unbound free MPA from the MPA-QD solution; and (c) conjugating the MPA-QD with DNA with or without removing the MPA therefrom.
