Abstract: PURPOSE: An electronic device, a solar cell, and a method for manufacturing the solar cell are provided to improve the performance of the solar cell or electronic device by interposing graphene between a conductive layer and a function layer. Abstract: PURPOSE: Graphene sheets and a method for regenerating graphene are provided to recycle partially damaged graphene and to improve the quality of the graphene sheets of low surface resistances. CONSTITUTION: A method for regenerating graphene includes the following: a partially damaged graphene layer(210) is prepared; a restoring graphene layer is arranged on the damaged graphene layer; and the restoring graphene layer is integrated with the damaged graphene layer through lamination. A part of the restoring graphene layer is capable of being damaged. If the restoring graphene layer is damaged, the overlapping of damaged parts in the damaged graphene layer and the restoring graphene layer is prevented.
